There is a young lady that works in this store that is amazing if you are having a bad day pls come by and see her. You will know her bc of red hair but better yet her excitement. Great attitude. Jeff you and your team are fabulous. Thank you for helping my day.

Went to get gas. Payed Inside and all my cards got declined, except my emergency credit card. After that. I go to the pump, press REGULAR gas and it automatically chooses premium. Then it just cancels my purchase all together. I go into complain and the woman seemed rather dismissive about it. I work retail and understand service industry is not easy. But whoever is running this place needs to get their ducks in a row. the machines are obviously broke. Or rigged.

One of the worst Circle Ks in North Carolina. Constantly closed during the middle of the day. Clerks don't seem too thrilled about their jobs. I know it's not them though. Bad management and upper management is always the case, especially with this company. Just sell off your stores and leave it up to good establishments like Sheetz that know about customer

I never write reviews, but DO NOT GO HERE! They placed a $50 hold on my card (I was rang up INSIDE to buy $10 of gas) and I NEVER recieved this $50 back. My bank says they are still holding onto it, so I called Circle K twice, and both times got cussed out by an older southern woman who works in there who refuses to listen to me. She insists it’s my bank’s fault- but I have talked to Wells Fargo four times and they insist it’s Circle K and will not do anything about it. Horrible, nasty customer service, sad employees, would literally never go near it with a 10 foot pole. Save yourself the money you never wanted to spend :)

I came into this Circle K on November 26 at 11:24pm and specifically requested a wood tip sweet black and mild. The cashier handed me a plastic tip and I realized once I got to my car that she had given me the wrong cigar. I immediately returned and upon bringing it to her attention she stated that “all tobacco products are final sale” and refused to give me what I had originally asked for. (Same price)

I’ve been coming to this Circle K for years and never have had someone be so rude after an error on their end.

The customer service at this location just seems to get worst as time goes on.

My experiences with customer service have not been stellar at this location. Earlier, we stopped at Circle K, I had to pee, they said their restrooms were out of order, both of them, so I peed where I assume they are peeing, behind the effing building, I can understand restrooms being closed but it's the bold faced acne scarred white woman lying that got my goat

PSA- this Circle K gas station at the Friendly Center has faulty pumps. When I pumped today it didn't stop when my tank was full. It gushed out all over my feet. When I reported the problem to the manager she told me that they do it all the time and that I should have been watching to stop it in time. Not only are my birkenstocks soaked in gasoline, but a good amount of gas was wasted in the pavement before I could get it to stop.

At around 7:50am Wed. 2/20 my wife and visited this location on Green Valley to get gas. My wife was using a debit card that had money on it and was told by the manager in a very abusive tone that she did not and it was declined. She doesnt know us or how much money was on it (there was money on it because it was just added as she is a plasma donor). Also she told my wife to hurry up because she saw me out in the parking lot and was assuming i was angry having to wait to get the gas pump on. I was not, I was just looking in to see when my wife was next in line (again total false assumption). My wife told me this, so I went in to confront her. I told her i didnt appreciate the way she was rude to my wife, and with no remorse or apology, she said "no i wasnt". I really dont understand how people like this become managers, but she was incredibly rude and abusive. We will not ever be coming to this location again. I also will write a review of this on yelp. Please be aware. This is not ok to treat people this way.

My husband went here to buy a beer and when the cashier ask for his id he told my husband that they no longer accept mexican passaports only american passaport. So we went to another circle k we had no problem and i asked about that so called new policy and behold there is no such new policy. Never taking my bussiness to this place the cashier is shady and by the looks of things racist.
