I went to this car lot on January 2nd, 2024 and was well taken care of. The salesman, Aaron Little, took great care of me. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the cars on the lot. He answered every question I had truthfully and did not pressure or rush me onto buying a car from him. He made sure I was very comfortable with my purchase. He even called and checked on me a week later to make sure I was still enjoying my car. That just shows the level of care he has for the clients that comes to this car dealership. I can honestly say, that I love my Jeep!!

Took my 2023 RAM 1500 in for service prior to taking a trip to Arizona and Nevada. The service reps greeted me, verified my information and needs, and escorted me to the temporary waiting area. When finished, the service service rep came and got me to complete the process. All in all, a very pleasant experience.

Service Department is an awesome team, Adam will try his very best to make you comfortable and keep you informed of the progress that’s being done on your vehicle. Great Customer Service! Finished in less than an hour with oil change, tire rotation and system maintenance updates. The website wasn't letting me make an appt but if you call the automatic scheduler number you can get in same day most of the time for routine maintenance. It was cheaper than going to the fast oil change chain places since their prices have recently dropped. Check their site for coupons they always have. I love my Chrysler minivan. Smoothest mom vehicle there is.😎 🩶

Came in to Crown Dodge this morning and purchased a 2021 Dodge Charger. Everitt helped me with the purchase everything went smoothly. He made us feel good and excited about our purchase. Proud to be apart of the Crown Dodge family.

My Service Advisor Bill Brown was fantastic. He made me aware of what kind of warranty I had and assured me of what I was describing would be covered. Realizing the place I bought from was 5 hours drive, he approached management to assure they would do the work even though technically, I should have taken to place of purchase according to the warranty. They then did a safety inspection that they would normally do only when taking a trade in to give me peace of mind. Bill understood that although he would not personally benefit from the servicing of my truck, the dealership would. I will be going back now for all maintenance on the vehicle such as oil changes, new brakes and tires.

Had to make an emergency visit because the car was acting up with dashboard icons displayed. Esco Brooks our service advisor took immediate steps to get us scheduled for repairs. Repairs were completed when promised. Protective measures were in place to keep my interior clean which is appreciated. Vehicle is running better than it has for some time and for that I am very pleased.

Had an incredible experience here! Charity was amazing! Found me in the parking lot and was friendly and professional from beginning to end. She was never pushy, just wanted to make sure I was happy. Happy with being thorough on what I wanted. Happy with driving as many trucks as I needed. Happy with me taking my time on making a decision. She was very knowledgeable and just an absolute class act to work with! The sales manager and finance manager were friendly and honest and also worked hard on making sure I was happy. Well, these guys are awesome! I recently had a terrible experience at another dealership and Adam from service, Adam from sales and Charles in finance really came through for me. They made me a deal to get me out of a vehicle that I was mislead into buying! They were positive, upbeat, and completely willing to do what was necessary to help make my process smooth and have me leave happy. From being transparent with the service on the car with issues I was recently sold by another dealership, to working with my time schedule, making a deal that I could make work to get me out of a bad car situation, and giving me a great deal on a key fob replacement, these guys are where it’s at and I have nothing but positive words! Buy from them! Everyone’s having a good time and they want you to leave satisfied!

I arrived 10 minutes early ( for my 11am appointment ) Michelle immediately introduced herself then asked what's brought me to their dealership today. I responded with an oil change and tire rotation. She asked me a couple other questions then said I'll show you to the waiting area, our normal area is under construction. My sales representative Alex was beyond exceptional to work with! Alex was very understanding of my needs and never pressured me into purchasing anything (this was my biggest fear). I visited the website and it was very easy to navigate unlike others. I was a bit sceptical to come here because of all the Google reviews but some of those reviews just sound bogus. I am so glad that I did come because once I placed my request on their website to look at the truck, Alex contacted me very promptly and we scheduled a time that fit my busy schedule. Also, I would like to add that Alex was and has been in complete communication with me to make sure I am still satisfied with my purchase. I was very impressed when I arrived because I was properly greeted, the process was neat and overall easy!
