I would like to to commend Go Green for their professionalism from start to finish beginning with the first touch point with the costumer service representative, I was informed of every aspect of the service call; the time the technician would arrive and what to expect in terms of repairing my unit the technician discovered that there was a hole in one of pipes that run to the furnace and had to consult the owner as to how to proceed. Mr Pete Green came out to look at the situation after 9pm and made sure the repairs were done properly. I can honestly say, I have never experienced such a high level of costumer service and professionalism. Thank you Mr Green the owner for raising the standards of customer care

I am so very impressed with Go Green Plumbing. The entire process was professional and quick. Jon came to my home to look at the damage and quote the work. He was able to address my needs and plan my repair at a time that fit my schedule. Because it was a large job, we spoke through different scenarios and found a solution that fit my budget. The best part was the flat rate pricing. I knew the final amount and could prepare for it, versus wondering about the final total.

Lauren was my scheduler and she stayed on top of everything and made sure to follow up. The communication was frequent and was the reminders. An added benefit is if I called with a question and Lauren wasn't available, other people in the office was able to answer my question.

The technicians - Josh, Jack and Tevin - did an amazing job!! They were very professional and worked hard to have all the work done in one day. We walked through the repairs and tested the system. And they even went the extra mile to make sure my home was clean afterwards.

I am so glad to have found Go Green and selected them to complete this repair. I do not think the results would have been as good if i had gone with another company.

This service was exemplary from start to finish. We called them and they came out the next day to see what they could do. We were in the market for a new AC/Heating unit in our house because we had had ours repaired countless times over the course of the last three years. They came out and gave us several options and quotes for various ranges of new units. Customer services was great and we really enjoyed talking to our sales rep. They ran our credit and we were approved. They came out the next day, set everything up, and we had heat within 24 hours after freezing for several days it was so wonderful to finally have heat. They replaced all of our technology in the house with wifi, app controlled technology and we couldn't be more pleased. The techs were courteous and quick with the installation. The work they completed was neat as well. Everything was installed expertly. We would DEFINITELY hire them again for all of our heating and cooling needs!

Ross was extremely professional, making our little ones feel at ease with a stranger in our home. His knowledge and kindness were extremely appreciated. The best costumer service we’ve had in YEARS. My experience with Go Green Plumbing, Heating, Air & Electrical has been stellar since I conveniently filled out their online form. Within 2 minutes of filling out the form I received a text message telling me someone would call me shortly to discuss the details and that’s exactly what happened. The service call occurred when I asked it to and it didn’t take long at all to find and fix the problem. Danny was extremely professional, courteous, and thorough in explaining all options. Gino and Tyler were great! Quickly assessed the situation and had a solution that they resolved with ease. On February 1st, 2024, I had an AMAZING experience with Christian and Shannon. Christian is a young sweet man who is very knowledgeable about the job. By the time he arrived to my house he already knew what my concerns were. He is very kind and friendly, he is open to listen and willing to answer any question with a beautiful smile on his face. Shannon is a sweet lady as well, she has a great customer service ethic, in the first phone call she asks if you have any concern or problems at your house to let the technician know before he arrives. She also takes the time to listen and answer all your questions, she makes sure to give you a call to let you know the exact time when the technician would arrive. Overall, I strongly recommend Go Green Plumbing, Heating, and Air.

Mike and Steve found the right HVAC solution for our home that will provide long term energy savings. You can tell that it’s not about selling with them but about providing what the customer needs and wants. Myles and Steven did an excellent job installing our new HVAC system. They were always on time, willing to explain everything, and meticulous with their work. Plus my dog and son thought they were alright too.

Go Green has been great to work with. They came initially to review the work I wanted, did an inspection and provided me with a quote. they were quick to come and actually do the work. I had to make some modifications, and again they came and reviewed the updates and gave another quote.
they have been transparent about the price, punctual and dependable about their schedule, and the best of all, the work was done in a high quality manner and exactly as I required for the remodel of my house.
I would highly recommend them to others, and will use them in the future for other plumbing needs.
I liked them so much, I joined their Family plan for continued plumbing monitoring.

Adam G from Go Green Plumbing is professional, knowledgeable and trustworthy. He inspected my HVAC system thoroughly and came up with an affordable solution. He did not gave the "doom and gloom" assessment that will make you want to change your unit right away. He was transparent in how the system is still functioning properly with parts replacement and did not try to upsell with a new system. It has been a positive experience working with Go Green. The staff has been pleasant to work with. Today's service was performed by Christian. He did an amazing job. He was polite, professional, and very knowledgeable about my heating, air and electrical needs. He did a great job of explaining everything and answering all of my questions.

The technician an apprentice were very professional, extremely informative and knowledgeable. I really appreciated their patience in explaining the possible options and the process to fixing the problems. They came out an did a very thorough inspection finding another potential hazard and future problem. We decided to go with Green because honesty an integrity are important to us. David was respectful and proficient. I’m very thankful for the services. I would definitely recommend.

Jon Adams was absolutely so competent and knowledgeable. I really was so pleased about that! He was able to present knowledge to advise me honestly regarding the possibility of a tankless water heater as opposed to a hot water tank. He called the electrician to make sure I had the whole picture. He was so professional as well. I have asked for him as my son has no hot water this a.m.! Thank you Jon and Go Green Plumbing. We moved in 2 months ago and love the gas fireplace. There was no remote so we’ve had to get on the floor and open it up to switch it on. Last week we couldn’t turn it off and had to shut the gas off. It’s a 2005 model so we were looking into replacement. My husband wisely suggested we have Go Green look at it first. I’m so glad he did! Stephen came out and did an amazing job of troubleshooting. He rewired it so all we have to do is turn on a wall switch! Instead of $1,000 to replace, we paid for a reasonable service call. We asked how he knew what to do and learned that Stephen is very experienced in heating and cooling and has taken courses in increase his skills. He’s also personable and respectful of property.

Appreciate Chris explaining in details all our options in their quote. Love the breakdown of the cost. Only the price is high for our commercial water heater need compared to another one.

Ross Baxter from Go Green plumbing came for an emergency water heater problem and got it fixed efficiently and in a timely manner. He was also wonderful to work and talk to and gave us great advice. Highly recommend him. We were very pleased to get him to help us out toddy. Thank you, Ross!

It was time to replace my aging HVAC units. Decided to eliminate gas at the same time. Go Green sent several experts (HVAC, plumbing, and electrical) to review my requirements. Their solution checked all the boxes. Very professional and friendly installation team. They did a top quality job! A joy to work with! I highly recommend and will continue to use their services.
