Margaritaville Resort Casino

I will definitely stay here again. Quiet and rooms were clean. Maybe more towels and clean the wood counters better under the sink. Beds seem like a full size and not queens. Other than that, our stay was exceptional. I also loved that they were kid friendly.

Made a bad choice of staying at Horseshoe Casino next door, came here for a day and then realized I should have stayed here. This place is very clean/nice, more posh than the other casino/hotels and actually has a casino floor and you're not packed on a 3 story river boat. PennPlay is a really good reward/promotion as well, room rates are low, bars/restaurants are really nice and have really good service. Stay here before anywhere else in Bossier City.

This place was great. They have lots of new machines and they are spread out very well. We also stayed in a corner suite on the 18th floor that had a wrap around private balcony with amazing 270° views. We will definitely make the trip again.

We usually go to Boomtown but tonight we stayed at Margaritaville. Hotel room was good overlooking the river. Lady luck was on my side. I won my first hand pay jackpot, $5,520 and another good win. Overall the casino was packed but we had a good time

My favorite part of coming here is seeing familiar faces and amazing service representatives. Brittany in the casino cocktail server area is by far the nicest and sweetest gal in the bunch. Couldn’t ask for better service while playin the casino.

Literally, the only resort casino to visit in this entire area/state. Everything else seems like it’s on the verge of being condemned.

Margaritaville was a breath of fresh air, and their restaurants are all delicious

Had a friend in town and we went to the Sportsbook restaurant our server Madison was amazing, it's my understanding they have some new items on the menu, today we had the pasta and blackjack burger and both were really good.

Went for New Years Eve! Won $500. Had a blast! Tons of Fun! Didn’t stay in hotel this time but I have before! I love the rooms with balcony. They only have showers at this hotel. No bath tubs! Very clean hotel!

I enjoyed our girls' day night out at Drago Restaurant. This was my 1st time at Margaritaville. The Christmas decorations were amazing. We took plenty of pictures. Now let's get into the food OMG. The oyster Yummy Yummy, this was my 1st time eating grilled oysters. The drinks have a nice amount of alcohol in them to get you righttttt. Our server was phenomenal she made sure we were taken care of. This was a fantastic experience from being to end. I'll differently be back soon.

So many slots and table games you are sure to find one you love. Atmosphere is great and it's right on the river and offers beautiful views and lights at night. Loved it

Margaritaville is a GREAT Casino!!! The food, games, and the staff are always good! Never had a bad experience here, even when I don't walk out with as much as I went in with!

Very clean and a neighborly crowd. Servers did a good job without seeming to bother. Two thumbs up!!

Don't waste your time with the promotional chips... they're just to get you back in the casino. You can't actually Play the chips. They tell you where you have to put them on the roulette table, and the Odds for that spot becomes 1:1, an even conversion of the promotional chips to real chips. They don't want me telling you this but that's what's up.

Our room was very nice and had a great view of the river. The casino is starting to need some updating, it still has lots of the older machines but if that is what you like then that is a good thing. The boardwalk is very nice and clean with lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. All the staff we encounterd were all very nice. We didn't win any money but had a great time on our two day getaway.

My wife and I took a quick 2-night getaway to Bossier City for the first time and had never been. We unfortunately booked a room at the Horseshoe Bossier City Casino & Resort and it was absolutely horrible. Rooms were old and smelly and the staff was probably some of the most unfriendly people I've ever experienced. The casino was small and the slots were super tight!!! We never saw one person win anything. Everyone we met had lost and weren't having pleasant experiences either.

So we decided to go check out Margaritaville the 2nd day of our trip. It was a breathe of fresh air. Super clean casino and restaurants and there were actually a good group of normal people gambling. Ray in VIP services and Chace at the cashier were both super friendly and helpful. Ray even personally helped us set up the Penn Play app and get some free play credits. We didn't stay in the rooms or see them, but just the casino and restaurants alone were lightyears ahead of the Horseshoe that is unfortunately made to appear equal or better online.

Just stayed one night, rooms were clean and comfortable, excellent service.

This place is a great place to eat, drink, and play in the casino. My husband and I love coming here because we believe it is the best casino in Bossier City, LA. The rooms are amazing. Now it is pricey for the rooms, but if you come often enough...you can earn comp rooms or discounted rooms. They also have a new restaurant called BarStool...with Huge TVs for Sports and Sports gambling. Great Atmosphere.

I didn't stay at the hotel I just went to the casino, it seemed like every machine I sat at was hitting there was plenty ootions available for a weekend. Recommend a visit and try your luck.

We went to Drago's to eat for my son's 21st birthday then spent a lil time hitting the slots it was really entertaining the food was great we had a good time

I didn't stay overnight. We came to make bets on sports teams. The sports bar is located right next to the Asian restaurant( which has tasy dishes). The sports bar is located upstairs inside another restaurant. Very laid back with a bar and several tv screens to watch. When we do gamble we choose this casino due to several types of machines and their tables.
