Bally's Shreveport Casino & Hotel

During a road trip we stayed at this hotel. Rooms were HUGE compared to other hotels we stayed at in other cities.

Decor could be considered dated however our experience included clean Rooms and good service.

Our Rooms looked over the river and in my opinion was a great view.

This place is awesome. Clean, front desk staff extremely helpful.

Ms Deborah at the front desk went out of her way to print something our for me and made me feel very welcome. They should give this nice young lady a training position because she went above and beyond for me!

Great stay. I had a minor issue but literally, I called, hung up, and there was a knock at the door to fix it. I enjoyed the peacefulness and accommodations. I appreciated that the casino part appeared to be smoke free. Each staff member I encountered was very pleasant and caring. Definitely will plan to stay here again.

The rooms have worn furniture and carpet but over all I felt safe with the advanced technology placed in elevators.

Attended a function and the event was nice with good food.

Have been here a few times in last 3 months. Bellman James is so friendly, courteous, and helpful. Would be nice to have valet parking but don’t count it as a negative. All staff is friendly and helpful. The one negative I have is the lighting in bathroom is it not bright enough at the mirrors. Each room we have been in a lightbulb missing or burned out.

First time ever in a casino and it was awesome. Every one was so friendly and really nice. I loved how they were so patient with me allowing me to enjoy the moment and really soak it .

My stay here was just ok. The room smelled damp when we first checked in. One of the water bottles had been drunk out of so that was disgusting and we ran out of tissue. The roll wasn't full and there was no extra. Talk about an inconvenience. They need to do better. Someone is not checking these rooms. The Christmas tree was very pretty.

Awsome view of the river from the upper floors. Easy access to the casino with tons of slots and tables. Billy's was an awesome spot to eat and take a break. Parking was easy. 2nd level is the walkway across to the hotel and casino. Pull up unload and go park. Aquarium was walking distance, and the parades ran 2 blocks over. Must have a room key to take the elevator above the 3rd floor. Over had a blast. Limited to only 3 restaurants inside casino but plenty in walking distance or uber.

The front desk ladies are nice and welcoming once you arrive. The rooms are nice and well maintained , the tvs can use a little upgrade but other than that the casino and views were great. We were a 5-10 min drive to restaurants and activities. Definitely pleasant experience.

This casino in my opinion was better than Margaritaville. I won more here on table games than at Margaritaville. I didn't stay in a room but the casino was clean and the wait staff was pleasant to deal with.

Always have had great time even when was El Dorado but the service at desk has diminished but otherwise was great

We checked in at 7:00am. Simone advised that we couldn’t have a room until noon.We just came from Heber Springs Ark after comming from Dallas! We were exhausted!We were about to leave & Simone gave us a room! Reservations told me If Bally’s had a rm available, we could have it early. We had no sleep and had court at 9:00am! We had to get cleaned up. Thank you so much Simone! I really appreciate you going above for us!!! We had a cool view too!!

We had a fantastic time. Highly recommend staying on a week night. We had a beautiful view & the room/amenities felt plush. My daughter's jaw literally hit the floor when she opened the door to her room. It was everything I wanted & more than I expected.

At the time this was Hollywood, the many early years as El Dorado, the cleanliness of the rooms was my baseline for every hotel. Not quite what it used to be, but we are comfortable here. Glad to see the smoking policy changed in the casino. The casino changes every couple of months, but sometimes getting paid a jackpot takes a while, but has improved. Very limited cocktail waitresses with a wait of up to 30 minutes or more, frequently. Still our go to place.

I wasn't there very long it was a good time. First machine that played at 160 bucks on a 225 the waitress was nice brought me drink one drawback there's no smoking on the poker floor..

Downtown area. Has parking garage easy to get to. Clean gaming area. Did not stay at hotel. Restaurant and Bars are good a lot to choose from.

Super nice rooms. We went to eat at The Vintage- the food was delicious! I ordered a filet and it was cooked to perfection! The decor and scents of this casino remind me of Las Vegas.

Bally's is one of my favorite casinos in Louisiana. Love the beautiful Mardi Gras tree in the lobby.

We are very pleased with the room and the atmosphere of this place. However - we had to order out- do to restaurants being closed today.
