Hilton Shreveport

Really nice rooms and stay. Didn’t have much experience with the service so I can’t comment much on that. It was really clean, the bed was comfortable, and it was in a nice area. Definitely one of the nicer hotels I’ve stayed at, overall, 4.5/5

I have been there 7 years in a row and the staff is great. If there is something wrong, they will take care of it immediately. This year a nice young man, I think his name was Randy, was very helpful and checked continuously to see if our stay was satisfactory.

We had a wonderful experience staying at the Hilton Shreveport. We transferred from Bally's down the street where we had a horrible experience and had to cut our stay short. The rooms and common areas at the Hilton were clean and attended to with care. The staff obviously cares about guest experience. Rooms were well stocked with amenities and the staff was pleasant and helpful. Overall a great experience that redeemed our visit to Shreveport.

Clean hotel, I mean actually clean. Everything you need is there. It's quite and beds are seriously comfy. I didn't bring my pillow and I rested! Went and sat by pool on roof in am. Just so relaxing. Paid a bit more but was for my birthday and worth it.
Staff members were attentive and pleasant. Pay the extra for valet it's helpful. Lovely enjoyed it a lot.

We stayed in some nice hotels, traveling, but this one was awesome! Suite was beautiful, great view from our 11th floor window, bed slept great and the service was the best! All the staff was so nice and helpful!
I highly recommend staying at this hotel! 👌

It was absolutely the best hotel we've ever stayed in. The food and roon service were fantastic. Gumbo! The breakfast, lunch, and dinner are exceptional. We visited every morning with the young lady and 2 servers and became friends. Our executive suite was beautifully designed 😍 ❤. Thank you

Overall great hotel ,very clean and the food was amazing.The bed was very comfortable and we slept well. I want to give a huge shout out to everyone in the restaurant and the breakfast was amazing. Rachel took care of us and she was extremely professional and took great care of us.We will be back soon.

The bar and restaurant is amazing. Food was always delicious. The rooms were nice, beds super comfy. Great place to stay.

I stayed at the Hilton Shreveport for business. The AV technologist was great setting up my presentation in the meeting room. The Starbucks was very convenient to my room and the meeting hall. No issues with internet or excessive noise. I had a nice relaxing stay.

Excellent hotel. Marion checked me in and was so graceful. Even though I was a bit early to check in, she found room for me. Room was just as great as the last time I visited. Will always stay at the Hilton Shreveport when I visit.

Fitness center was above expectations. Rooms and dining options are also well above average. Very walkable to downtown offices and courthouse. Very friendly staff. Unlike almost every other hotel in Shreveport, it was clean and didn't smell like cigarettes.

Very nice place. My wife and I have traveled a lot. This hotel really stands with others in larger cities.

Despite my disappointment when I saw urine from the previous guest on the toilet seat and the digital key not being available until 1am… this hotel has a certain level of class that I expect from every Hilton hotel. The ambiance and atmosphere is elite. Breakfast was seat yourself & made to order (about $15). Valet was $14.

I immediately felt welcomed when entering the building. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of this hotel being as this is a smaller city. This hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was amazing, with high ceilings, up to date furniture and top touch decor. The smoked salmon for breakfast was the cherry on top and parking was made simple as well. This is where I'll always stay when in Shreveport.

Shuttle was waiting for our arrival. 15min ride to hotel. Large well appointed lobby. The restaurant and bar area has a comfortable separation from lobby and nicely done.
My room was clean and bed was amazing. They have updated the carpet on the 3rd floor. Fridge in room. Enjoyed my stay.

Newly renovated and very nice!! Service is great. It’s located within walking distance of a lot of restaurants and casinos. I hear the crime rate is high so would not recommend walking after dark.

Here for a funeral with family. Did made to sometime to enjoy the Shreveport too. At check in, we were greated with a smile. Acknowledged as a Diamond member. The perfect location near the river walk and happening location. Service great. Our room was near noise above us due to maintaining but managed. Overall the stay was great

I have stayed at 12 Hilton properties this year and this has been my favorite Hilton hotel. First off, the food was great, a good beer selection at the bar and the bar was open until 11 PM; plenty of TVs to view in the bar for sports. The staff was great and they actually still run a shuttle. We used the shuttle both nights with no problems. It does stop running at midnight which was probably good as I already lost enough money at the nearby casino. I think the shuttle driver's name was Chris, a great young man! Check-in and check-out were great and I also enjoyed the gym. The only downfall if I had to list one is the pool is very tiny. They are currently renovating the pool so hopefully, it will be bigger. It's really like a large hot tub, good enough for small kids. By the way, the local 318 (golden ale) beer on tap was amazing. I only wish I could have found it in the local store to bring back home to Texas. I'm looking forward to having to stay here again!!

Nice hotel with a good restaurant in the lobby. I did watch the shuttle driver leave an AA crew standing at the curb because he didn’t want to load their bags.

Stayed here from a Friday to Sunday in order to attend a graduation at the Convention Center. Being attached to the Convention Center was a real convenience. It was crowded at the hotel and around the hotel due to graduations going on the entire time, but it wasn't too loud or suffocating.

Service was friendly at the front desk. Parking is located across the street for only $8 per night and there's a sky bridge directly to the hotel on the 4th floor. Nice bar area with plenty of tables and TV's showing sports. Food was surprisingly good at the bar, drinks were good as well. Service at the bar was also friendly and prompt.

Rooms were spacious, clean, and had all the expected amenities. I would stay here again when visiting Shreveport.
