I went to the Baton Rouge store and Mrs. Sharolyn was my sales lady. She was so helpful every time I went in there. She was patient while I was deciding which furniture fit my needs. Thanks Mrs. Sharolyn you’re the best!!

We purchased several pieces this past May. First the showroom is very beautiful. The selection is huge. Our salesperson was Sherolyn I have to say it was like shopping with an old friend. She was fun, very helpful and knew so much about the products. The ladies in the office were wonderful. Thank you so much!

The furniture we picked out is wonderful. It fits with our rustic theme. I want to thank Christy for helping to find the right fit. After the 2016 Louisiana flood we were so overwhelmed having to find the right furnishings to put back in the house and American Factory Direct and Christy did just that. She was so friendly, helpful and patient. She even was so kind to my 6 yr old who was helping pick out the furniture. The service was top notch. Tanya, on the sales side took care of us after we left and helped place the order over the phone so we didn't have to drive back out. She even helped us out with the delivery and assembly. She also called several times to make sure all the items were delivered and we were satisfied. The service is so great. I highly recommend American Factory Direct to anyone and we will be back for future items. Thank you Christy and Tanya.

Amazing experience shoppping at American Factory Direct! I was in and out of the store 3-4 different times within a short period to browse for furniture as my husband and I awaited the completion of our total house remodel. Ordered a lot of furniture this weekend for our new construction home. We have been dealing with Ms Sharolyn and Mr Lee for months now trying to select what we want. They were extremely patient and friendly. I loved working with them and love all the decor I also picked up from them besides just furniture. Our experience with the ware house staff and Mrs. Shawn was amazing. Mrs. Shawn explained the process very well of having to refuse damaged furniture and what to do next. She insured our new furniture was undamaged when we came to pick it up. She came and met my husband and I outside. She was extremely friendly and always willing to answer our questions after we had damaged furniture delivered to our home.
Peter, the gentleman who helped load our furniture was pleasant and took his time loading each piece of our master bedroom set.

Dillon is totally AMAZING!!! We are moving from Michigan down to Prairieville Louisiana in a few weeks and we need to furnish our entire new house. Dillon spent so much time with us! He was very informational and was (what I like to call) fun professional!!! He answered all our questions, made sure we were aware of all promotions. I absolutely love him and he is definitely a huge asset to your store and I have recommended him to other family members moving as well.

Sima and Shawn were amazing! Sima was a very interactive sales consultant who helped us picked the perfect sectional for our home. She sat with us as we picked all the colors and fabric. We spent probably a total of 3 hours trying to decide exactly what we wanted and we felt welcome the entire time! Shawn was great helping us finance and put down the deposit we wanted to and walked through all the information with us to ensure we make the correct payments to avoid interest. Beautiful furniture and amazing service! We will be sure to buy all of our furniture here!
