B-Quik

B-Quik has great, friendly employees. I know a lot of them and they are always amazing. Lindsly and Kendra are always the best. Tells you like it is and I like that. Gas is usually a little more expensive at B Quik because its Mobil 1 but its worth it especially with the new fuel discounts you get with your bennys carwash membership. Literally takes 10% off to be one of the cheapest gas stations around. I wont fill my truck up anywhere else and they have the best fountain drink selection PERIOD!!!

I cannot say enough great things to properly describe one of the newer ladies that works here, Danni!
Always so positive and sweet and humble. You along with some of the other ladies and 1 guy is why I only really shop here and Jeffs food mart...and its out of my way to come here. But you cannot beat the customer service because it speaks volumes......Thank You Danni....and keep singing those Oldies but Goodies :)

So very disappointed and mad about this situation. I come to this store almost every other day. I Fill up my car and my step dad's truck with gas, get 4 packs of Camel Menthols and my fountain drink. I've come to know all of the workers very well and they know me by name except for the new guy.
So tonight I go in to get gas, cigarettes and my drink and tell the new guy I want 4 packs and I have a coupon, when I see the price after it's totalled up I ask him to remove just one pack... I had two people just walk up and stand behind me. So he jumps on the other register to start ringing them up and I tell him I can throw my stuff in the bag - he asked if I slid my card and I told him no I had said I just wanted 3 packs to please take one pack off. At this point the other worker comes to help because Instead of him just finishing my sale ,now he has jumped on the other register to grab the two people behind me and is not worried about completing my order. I say thanks after it's complete and walk out, get into my car and drive to the light- I open a pack and realize that they have given me 3 packs of the wrong cigarettes- turn immediately around and drive back. I walk in and show them the mistake and Im told that I'm stuck with 3 packs of cigarettes I do not smoke, and didn't ask for. I said I understand the pack I opened but the other two were not opened and it's not my fault they gave me the wrong item. I asked for the owners phone number and was told that the owner would be there in the morning from 6am. Im in complete disgust of being treated this way over something that is not my fault- and for the worker to know me as well as he does -really pisses me off worse because he knows how much money I spend here. My receipts are wrapped around the two packs and I'll be calling in the morning. I want the issue fixed, it is up to the workers disgression if the packs are unopened and I had not been out of the store but for maybe five minutes at the very most. This is how you lose loyal customers - ask Heather, or Megan or the other ladies- because if you mention what cigarettes I get and my drink. They can tell you my name. And so could he. I'll update after I speak with the owner.

UPDATE

I was not able to write my update earlier. I called and asked for the Manager and The District Manager handled the situation perfectly and professionally just as every other experience I’ve had here. I’m so happy they let me switch the unopened packs and apologized. This is a great store and has always been my favorite that is why I drive out of my way to specifically shop here. Thank you for making things right. You have my Business again and my appreciation.

Love this business, they have breakfast lunch, and fresh pizzas. Donuts and cookies all made in the store. It's 24 hours so u can come get drinks and snacks any time of the day.

Nice & neat gas station with good cooked food inside. Might not be the healthiest, but what they offer is good. Friendly staff & one of the only places that offer a free air pump.

They had the item I needed at a reasonable price.

No pizza till 8 am

Have you ever been by yourself without time to stop and sit for a quick bite? I stop in frequently at B-Quik on Airline. The Hunt brothers pizza is $3.18 for a loaded slice, with tons of meat and veggies.

I print out a discount coupon for the pizza, at the gas pump, after I get fuel. It's possible to buy a whole pizza.

The employees are friendly, and the store is neat and tidy.

The fried chicken is great. I did not get it today, but posted an old picture. The picture of the pizza is the one I ate today.

The pizza you see had a thick crust, with a good chew. The cheese had a good pull, and the veggies were fresh. Definitely a great value.

The fried chicken I got on a previous visit was crispy/crunchy with a perfectly salted and peppered profile.

Of course I got a $4 car wash.

Employees were friendly, but all the coffee cups were made out of paper which made holding the cup uncomfortable because it was hot. If you want their coffee, bring your own cup.
