I want to share that i experience a awesome fast service. I was locked out my house. I was putting something in the trash and closed my door so my dog wouldn’t come out and the lock was on the door.

The 2 guys Victor and Elmer came to my aid and they was very professional.

Easy, no hassle experience!! The keys fit perfect!! I will use the KeyMe kiosk again.

Used the kiosk in the mall to make some key copies. Easy to use, the keys work perfectly.

I had two metal keys cut afterwards I found out that metal keys didn’t need to be programmed but I was charged a programming fee. I do feel like I overpaid and was taken advantage of because he was uncomfortable because it was a vehicle from out the country. I had to come out $400 for two metal cut keys. I just hope “Keyme” doesn’t promote there locksmiths taking advantage of customers.

Too Expensive. Not pleased with service. Overcharged.Adding additional charges at will after keys made.

Called requesting lockout service. We were advised that a tech would be sent immediately. Two phone numbers were left with the operator. After over an hour we called them back to get an ETA. At that time we were let know they did not have a locksmith available. While not having someone available is understandable, not calling us to say that they didn’t have someone coming isn’t.

They canceled mh appointment on the day scheduled after a 2 day wait without a key.
