I had a pair of Red Wing boots resoled here and they did an incredible job! They gave me an accurate timeline, the price was more than fair and most of all the quality of the work is impeccable. Definitely recommend.

I had an old pair of American made Danner combat boots resoled at Hampton Shoe and they did an awesome job! The boots look as good as new! A friend of mine bought these on base when he was in the Army and I am thrilled to see them live on. 5 stars for Hampton Shoe! We still know how to build things in America!

Absolutely amazing customer service! I contacted Hampton Shoe late last year about a style of boots that had a projected release date of this spring. I received a reply the same day explaining the situation and asking for my size to be put on a list. I figured I would get lost in the shuffle and never hear anything. Early last week, I got an email saying that the boots were in, and they had a pair in my size. Thirty minutes later I had an invoice with a link for payment. Boots arrived Thursday. I could not be happier with Hampton Shoe! It is hard to find a company that has this level of customer service these days. The boots are awesome and have two and a half days of work behind them. Thank you, Rob and Tricia, I will be a repeat customer!

I brought my flamenco dance shoes in for new soles and they look amazing! The service was great and everyone was so helpful! They were also able to get them done sooner, just in time for my two weeks of rehearsals and big show!

They fitted me for my Brannock size, talked me through my best options, and had me try on several different boots in my size to ensure I liked the style, the fit, etc. They also made sure I knew how to care for my boots, with the right materials. I'll be bringing some rubber rain boots to them for re-treading, and I'll definitely go to them next time I need boots or a leather belt!

The owners here are amazing. First rate service and great inventory of new boots. One of the only shoe (boot) repair shops left standing, and there is a good reason for that. They do phenomenal work and you know exactly what they are going to do and if anything else is needed theyvwill call you.

Took my seven year old Justin weathered boots because I needed new soles and the leather needed some love. I was thrilled when I picked them up. They are essentially brand new without the break-in! The most incredibly friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and patient people I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. True experts in their field, they ask a myriad of questions to make sure that they boot they give you will meet the demands of whatever job you have. As a plumber, it was very important to get a comfortable, safe and long lasting boot and they made sure the pair of American Made Carolinas would fit perfectly and hold up to the toughest of job sites. I cannot recommend this place enough. A great local business that I am proud to support.

Only place to buy boots! Had a problem with a pair of boots rubbing the back of my heels. Brought another pair of same style boots out and had me try them on, after trying them on they asked if they were better. They were much better and they said have a great day. Wonder business, wonder owners, the best customer service!

After buying boots for many years online, I finally had the chance to stop in while on a business trip and meet these folks. Just as friendly in person. Very nice store with a lot to choose from. I really appreciate the fact that they try to do all they can to support the "Made in America" brand. I had a pair of boots customized right out of the box and one would think that they were factory made. Very nice craftsmanship. I would highly recommend shopping here. It was well worth the drive from Montana to St. Louis to stop in and say hello. Thanks again.

Fabulous work and service! They were able to completely replace the heels and soles of my favorite 10+ yr old suede boots and make them look new again.

Amazing customer service and a very knowledgeable staff. I went to two other big name boot companies before stopping by here, so my expectations were pretty low. They truly showed that they have a passion for what they do and really wanted to make sure I was getting the right boots instead of just making another sale. Luckily they insisted on actually measuring both of my feet instead of just one or going off of what I said because I learned that I have two different sized feet. I’ve always had problems with one of my feet and just figured it was due to an old foot injury but thanks to them I realized it’s because I’ve been wearing a half size too small on my left foot. They asked tons of questions about what I do for a living to ensure I was buying the right boots, showed me how to properly condition the leather and gave me suggestions on how to remove some of the chemicals I come in contact with at work to help extend the life on my new pair of boots.

Super friendly and professional. I went to get two holes to make my designer belt smaller. Quick service that is affordable and well done.
