Champs Sports Bar and Grill

It's definitely my favorite Bar/Restaurant in New Richmond. The burgers are the best around since they are very consistent, always flavorful, larger than you'd expect, and unique. The fries are good, but the waffle fries are the best, and Champs Sauce is a must as well. Few cold beers along with the meal, and I'm a happy customer.

We just rented out the Greaton room for my husband’s 50th birthday. Shannon helped me tremendously via email and phone to pick out the food, drinks, etc..The room was gorgeous and the bar was perfect size. The room has its own restrooms, which is very convenient. No need to walk through the restaurant crowd.Also, the door to the main bar is able to close if you have little ones like we did running loose. The food was good, I recommend the wings and fruit tray for sure.The room was extremely reasonable priced, as was the food. Shout to Shannon and her team for being top notch. If you are looking for an affordable gathering place with great food and service: Call Shannon and she will take care of everything!!

We didn't order any food or drinks but the pool table was nice and clean. Champs also has a dart board and a few arcade games. Will definitely stop back on a weekend for food and drinks for sure (:

Fairly typical atmosphere for a bar joint. They have a rooftop which has lots of gas fire pits with glass which definitely adds to the atmosphere during the warm months. The food is typical bar restaurant type food but heavily influenced by Midwest love of cheese and cooked to perfection!. Very reasonably priced food, especially for the quality and the staff are very accommodating.

Absolutely a great burger and waffle fries. It's a nice selection of whiskey as well. Have to admit service initially was a bit slow in recognition of me sitting there, but the food made up for that initial sourness.

They have the best french fries this side of Micky D's. We went there for a fund raiser, the burgers were terrific. The young server did an excellent job with our group of 7. It's worth your time and for us worth the drive as we don't live in the community.

Wr just love this place from the rooftop in the summer to the bar in the winter...... no matter what you pick off the menu, the food is all great. And to the lady that does the chalk boards give her a raise! Thank You for always taking such good care of us. Thank You

Rented the Greaton Room for a party today. Great food and excellent service. Shannon and Maddie really did an outstanding job making our day special.

(Ordered delivery) The chicken salad was so amazing! Ample toppings! Serving size was over the top!!

Great burger. Good selection of tap beers. Good drink specials. Absolutely everyone on staff was on point. Several servers came by to see how we were doing. It was busy, so this little gem is not a secret. Total bill was reasonable. Staff friendly and efficient. Food came out quickly and prepared well. 10/10 will visit again.

Thank you Champs for catering our sons wedding! Shannon and her staff were so thorough and very easy to work with. The serving staff was efficient, friendly and greeted everyone with a smile! Would not hesitate to use them again

We were out for a motorcycle ride and stopped for lunch. Say on the upstairs patio. Menu lists GF items which is stellar. Burgers were delicious with the loaded fries. Will come back again when driving through.

Took my family here on a Monday. The beer was cold, the service was good (slow night) and the food was great. It's a bit loud for my taste, but it's a bar so I expect the music to be louder.

Prices were fair for the area and what you get.

We love it here. This is our go to for a quick meal and beverage. Service is always quick and great!

We came as a group of friends and stopped by for drinks and pool around 9 PM on a Saturday. The space wasn't too busy and the server (friendly blonde female) was absolutely wonderful. Fun to talk to, laid back, and checked in on us very well. We'll be back to visit her and the space this summer on the rooftop!

They first told us it would be a 45 minute wait but we received our food within 20 minutes despite it being homecoming night! The Double Battered onion rings are a must, we really enjoyed the chicken sandwich and shrimp meals!

Went for Drinks and to play pool , they also have dart boards.
Atmosphere was fun and laid back. Our waitress, I think named April, was very nice, great conversation. Drinks were great, looking forward to trying out their patio this summer.

Molly was super helpful and not pushy. The suggestion of a specialty brew was fantastic. She also served a Crown Royal flavor not found anywhere. 8 stars to this fine establishment.

One of my favorite restaurants in NR! Food is consistent and delicious. Service is above and beyond -- A staff member personally delivered my meal today after some confusion on a pick up order (my fault). Yes, they actually drove over my food on their own time!!! I can't imagine any other place that would take care of a customer like this. Thanks CHAMPS! U da best!
