Had to stop in after several unsuccessful attempts at help with Verizon online. Truman was patient and worked through some issues he’d not experienced before for 75 minutes to get mine and my daughter’s phones fixed and working properly. Would recommend working with him before going to the online resources. Thanks Truman!

We went in on Black Friday to get new phones and transfer our service. We ran into some issues (through no fault of the store employees), and Keva did an amazing job at figuring everything out. Keva was so patient and cheerful the whole time, provided excellent customer service, and did the best job possible through a frustrating situation. I would highly recommend this Verizon location, and Keva!

The employees were all incredibly helpful and did a great job of explaining all phone plan options to us and helped us get the best deal given our needs. We worked with Howard and appreciated how knowledgeable and efficient he was. He went above and beyond to make sure we were all happy before leaving the store. Very knowledgeable and helpful at the store. The guys were awesome at what they do. We received new phone and they transferred everything from our old phones to the new. Definitely a 5 star in my book. I would recommend this store.

Harold was unbelievable helpful in figuring a deeply hidden setting issue that tech support (Verizon and Samsung) couldn't figure out after several hours of phone calls. Harold took his time to explain and figure out the issue and resolved it quickly after lots of troubleshooting. I also upgraded my phone and Truman was very helpful in explaining everything as well as respecting my decision to turn down optional add-ons/additional products. Highly recommended this location!! Will not be going to another Verizon store after the experiences I've had here-no other store I've been to comes close in comparison to the value the New Richmond location has for their customers.

I went in for a new phone. They were able to give me a deal on my iPhone 11 and a bundle for the car and case. Brice handled everything. Transferred all my apps, contacts and photos. Installed the screen protector and case. I was out the door quickly. I will go to this store Vs going into Hudson from now on.

Truman (Sorry if incorrect), was very helpful with setting up our Home Internet and for helping me get a new phone after mine broke and helping me get accessories for my phone.
