Dunkin'

They usually get your order right and are pretty quick in the drive through in the mornings. My one complaint is that this location is a LOT more expensive than the Glenburnie location ($4.79 for a small frozen drink vs $2.99!) Breakfast sandwiches are also quite a bit more. Otherwise they seem to be more efficient than the other location.
Update 3/5/24 Taberna and Neuse are quite a bit more expensive than Glenburnie. Service is about the same at each location.

They are usually pretty awesome. Today the person taking the car orders was not appropriate. I don't let my children or Grandchildren talk to me in such a way. "girrrlll."
Oh and I was unaware a Latte is not a coffee drink.

Breakfast sandwich was definitely on point! Sausage, egg, and cheese croissant is always my go to! Service in the drive thru was very fast-paced. About 7 cars ahead of me and I wasn't in the line no more than 4-6 minutes if that. Person at the window had a smile on their face and was very high spirited. Dunkin on Neuse is always my go-to in the mornings when I want something quick!

Amazing visit today as a frequent Dunkin Donut lover!! Huge shout out to Qu'Ron!! Service with a smile, serving up bomb coffees !!! Greeted me as soon as I walked in even with a lobby full of people he was was on top of his game! Made an AMAZING coffee & made my monday!!! Dunkin needs more awesome employees like him!!!! Thank youuu Qu'Ron!!!!

The Dunkin Donuts on Neuse Blvd is by far my favorite. Always clean, quick, accurate, and Amazing Staff. I have never had an issue here. The food is always fresh, and hot. Their coffee is always fresh. And their staff is unmatched. They are by far the best staff of any Dunkins I've been to. Always smiling, they interact with you, and are always greeting you like you are family.

I have always said that Dunkin Donuts lemon doughnuts are a reminder of love to me from my father and grandfather... Before I share a Lemon doughnut with anyone, I tell them, that they are an expression and tender of love. I ordered some, opened the box, and found this! 💝😪 Thank you! Sharing these with my family today went to a whole other level!
The story: when my grandfather (the one who raised me) passed away, my father who I hadn't seen in 8 years came to the funeral. The day after the service, he took me on a drive, stopped at Dunkin Donuts, my first visit there ever abs told me to order whatever I wanted, I smiled and ordered 2 lemon filled doughnuts. At 15, my father's gesture made me feel like a little girl. 💝

Dunkin in Taberna has great service and is very clean. If all customers used the the app for drive thru orders it would make it quicker for everyone and they'd earn free stuff. 😀

Friendly staff, clean restaurant, and fresh donuts - great for a quick Saturday morning breakfast stop.

I am by no means a regular to Dunkin, maybe once or twice a month mainly during frozen coffee season over last 2 years. So it amazes me to see the staff there is ALWAYS wonderful! It doesn't matter if you go through the drive thru or into lobby they are super friendly people!! Always happy to help, it's a shame more places aren't like this!! Congratulations to the staff there, you guys are great!!

Went there three times during my visit to Havelock. Ordered two Avocado toast on both occasions and third visit for a chocolate covered waffle cone Rocky road, still an all time favorite. Service was terrific never had a problem. Just wish B/R which is part Dunkin did have my pistachio flavor and the black cherry ice cream as well.

The people that work here are always friendly when I go. ALWAYS. Just makes my day! I see alot of post with 1 or 2 stars because that particular day there was an issue, but if you go there everyday did you rate them all those times when the service was good? Consistent bad service is one thing, but everybody is gonna have a bad day. They haven't to me yet, but if they do they will definitely get a pass.

So this for the guy working the drive thru on 11/5 @ 4:50pm. I thought the line was moving slow, but I saw you check my order, and get what was missing, instead of just handing it out window. I'd rather wait a few extra minutes and it be correct. It is much appreciated. This was the ultimate in Customer Service! Donuts are donuts, but this guy made the difference. Great work my friend.

I live 45 minutes away but every time I’m in New Bern, I make sure to drive thru this DD. The employees are the nicest people. They’re always so friendly and it literally makes our day. Thank you for making my son and I, smile.

This Dunkin used to be my favorite one to stop to on my way to work & sometimes on my way home. Not sure if staffing is the issue but I dread going there. If I go to the store, the drive thru line is in the road & if I order mobile it still takes 15 mins so what's the point. Recently, I stopped on my way home and ordered a large iced coffee with cold foam. I got half a cup of coffee & half a cup of cold foam. If it were not .2 miles from my job I would go to the other one. Sometimes, I do because they are at least prompt. 🙄

So good I always get two coffees, lol since I'm a regular the employees tend to hook you up with stuff.

This location is my preferred dunkin. I love the staff so much here. for awhile, I'd come here weekly with my little sister and they would always recognize her and strike up conversations with the both of us. Now I come here on my own but they always recognize me and treat me amazingly. It makes my day to come here. There's one gentleman that knows what coffee I'd typically get spring-summer. My food is always fresh and my coffee is always made just the way I like it. Love this place so much and the wonderful souls that work there.

The crew that work at Dunkin donuts on neuse boulevard make sure that people are satisfied
