T-Mobile Authorized Retailer

This is the most professional T-mobile store I have ever been to. The associates worked meticulously to make me feel like a valued customer and to earn my business in their establishment. I would recommend going to this specific store even if it is not the nearest one to you. It was definitely worth the extra 5 minute drive to have an experience like this. I will be coming back here for any future business conducted with T-mobile.

I had a wonderful experience. The boys are very knowledgeable and professional. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

It was fast because the person in front looked for a person to help me. I got the t-mobile home internet and I had previous service so all my information was in the computer. He added me and gave me a box, so I walked out the door in minutes.

Malik and another gentleman on-site did a great job of explaining plan options and prices during my transition to their service and getting me the best deal possible. The only issue was due to the cellular data speed to transfer data at this location. Not something the staff could avoid and they did their best to work with these challenges. T-mobile would need to look further into this to support their staff and customers.

No one was in there so we were waited on right away. The representative explained the promotions and helped us choose the best plan. I added a line for my daughter, she got a new phone and she is happy with her decision..

Hands down the best store I've ever been to. The service is impeccable. The products are sold with great detail of understanding how they work. They acknowledge you the second you walk in the door and follow through with any and all questions of any, and all of their services. I seriously could not be more impressed. I am a traveler, and the service is also amazing with my calls, texts and cellular service in its entirety. 6 stars if I could.

Upgraded my phone today with Mirsad & Edwin and could not have asked for a better experience. Walked me through the whole process and made it seamless. If you want a great experience please come and see these guys at the T-Mobile on Loughborough!!

Mujo M, provided excellent service and did what the phone CSR could not do leaving w no phone service for 2 days! Best customer service I have had in a very long time. They greet every customer as they walk in, this is how customer service should be. I have dealt with 3 different sales
reps & today the manager. Just shows that good customer service is a reflection of good management.

To whom it may concern I had an encounter with a loughborough employee named Mujo at the store while purchasing a tablet. I was greatly surprised at his professionalism as he is a new employee. People like him are what will keep me a Tmobile customer. His patience in explaining everything to me was outstanding. I thought you should know you have a GEM. Thank you Dwight Cartier.

The sales clerk that helped me made my "new phone" experience absolutely pleasurable. She was knowledgeable in her field, extremely nice and helpful. I was in and out the door in like a half hour with a new phone and service! Never in my life has this been less than 2 hours. She was truly an angel. My thanks to the lovely Patricia. Been trying to get customer service to order my equipment since February, go into Store 9095 and instantly was taken care of by Belmin. Thank you so much sir I really do appreciate it. Only took less then 10 minutes.

Robert was profession and polite. He was quick and knowledgeable. Made our time there pleasant.

Tito was awesome at explaining my options and upgrades. I've been to other T-mobile locations but the customer service I received went above what I expected. John & Zack were also extremely helpful. Each gentleman took time to show and explain products and services. Thanks guys!

The wait was a little long. But the customer service I got was out of the park! Tito was the man to go to. He multi-tasked between customers to speed up the wait time. He offered a very pleasurable experience that I will continue to come back to this store for. Tito is the man!
