O'Charley's Restaurant & Bar

Never had a bad meal here. Went on mother's day at the end of the lunch crowd. Sat down and ordered at 1:15. Got our meal at 2:05. 😭The tilapia was good. Edit on 3/30/19 went for lunch, great food, great service! A 3 star rating went to 5.

This is my first time dining at this O’Charley’s Restaurant. We had the $4 Margarita’s. I had the bourbon glazed salmon with mashed sweet potato and a salad. My husband had the seafood combo with shrimp and crab cake patties. The food was very good. 4 hot dinner rolls came first, then the salads, Margaritas and dinner. The restaurant was sparsely occupied and I felt safe safe during this COVID-19 pandemic. The waiter was attentive and friendly. The entire bill (including drinks) was $50. I left a 20% tip and we were happy campers.

My first time at O’Charleys and it was delicious. There is plenty of parking and kid friendly. No one seemed bother by our son making noise. They have high chairs. Our waiter was very efficient and kind. I ordered the chipotle chicken tenders basket with fries for $9.99. You can add soup or salad and a choice of pie for $3.99. The salad was great. Had an array of salad dressings, even my favorite balsamic vinaigrette. The chipotle tenders had a hint of sweetness and a pop of spiciness. The atmosphere was laid back. Ohhhh and the free rolls are very soft! They reminded me of Ryan’s (old buffet in St. Louis that closed) rolls!

Food was great and fast and service was excellent.

I would like to give a huge shout out to the server Audra for being very kind and patient to someone with mental disabilities and actually engaged in a conversation with the person. It really did make his day as he strives to be talked to and treated like a human! Thank you so much for the service and thanks O'charleys for the good food.

Here is the midwest, fish and chips is a meal often fried improperly but not at O'Charley's. They serve great BBQ but, for me, their fish & chips brings me back month after month.

Great service and the food was incredible! They serve bread at the table and I had the spicy chicken sandwich and it was a medium spice which I LOVED! I had the baked potato soup which was really filling and good! Overall it was a great choice

Sarah our waitress and the manager Matt, gave us the absolute best service I think we have ever had. The restaurant was clean, the employees were friendly and knowledgeable. Matt made sure our steaks were made perfectly. And Sarah is the best we've had. I think this is our go to place for steaks now. Thank you Matt and Sarah.

Very clean and friendly. Felt safe eating out w Covid. We weren't sitting next to anyone and they use paper menus. Food was amazing and the price was great.

The food was incredible and delicious. The team that waited on us was very polite and, dare I say it, joyful! The restroom and atmosphere was clean and welcoming. If we had that way again, this will certainly be one of our stops.

I used to work here . Hated it . The food however is so amazing I put my entire in laws on and they order from here all the time now

LOVE the cedar plank salmon with steamed broccoli on the side. As a single person, super easy way for me to eat relatively healthy without spending a fortune on ingredients to cook at home. Service is always great.

The service was great! The waiter was very attentive. We were very pleased with our food. Steak was cooked as requested and tasted great. My salad was made well and looked attractive. Desert was a nice bowl of ice cream! We will return there soon!

I would this was only my second time of having O Charley's n first visit to this restaurant.

Last time we went was a good experience. They have lots of selections on the 10 dollar menu. Our waiter was very nice. Very attentive and good with suggestions. They had a BlackBerry cobbler that was pretty good that was new. Pasta dish was excellent. Great meal for a chain restaurant.

What a great lunch our retired Hancock teachers had today. Sam was so nice and accommodating to our large group. He was funny too and gave us a menu while we waited for all of group to show up.
Amber, the waitress was simply wonderful. She took care of all of us. No issues and filled our drinks often. Food was delicious. No one disliked their food. Will visit again. Kudos to your staff.

Overall experience was good. Waitress was very nice and attentive. The only problems were they cook their chicken tenders too hard and their med well steaks weren't med well, but they did correct the steaks. I guess everyone can't really decided when a steak is medium well. Overall good experience.

Our server was bussing tables, hosting and was an amazing waitress all by herself. She was very polite and took excellent care of us. Even as the dining room started filling up and she didnt have help she made it look so easy. 10 stars for sure
