Such a cool “locals” joint. It’s a place you don’t find much anymore. My friend and I had never eaten Maryland crab so the owner/waitress/cook (yes she was all 3) even took time and showed us how to eat them. They were fresh and delicious. Definitely a great place to relax and enjoy a meal and drink! We also got the blackberry cobbler to go and it definitely hit the spot later.

Love this place. Great seafood meals, Mom still cooking, Rockfish was wonderful. Onion rings are crisp and fresh. Best part was the warm, homemade, blackberry cobbler with vanilla ice cream.

Seafood shack that time has forgotten. Super friendly staff and the broiled fish platters were absolutely delicious. Great little spot to hit if you're in the mood for some top notch Maryland seafood.

Courtney's is a hidden gem in Ridge, MD. I hesitate telling you this because my selfish side wants to keep it a secret. The food here is always amazing! I highly recommend the crab stuffed rockfish.

Best fresh fish and oysters around (daily catch by owner). Delicious fries. Everything was great. Beautiful setting. Friendly, efficient service. Will be back.

5 stars but this is not fine dining. But I was a fine diner! I had Fried Oysters and Soft Shell Crab sandwich and Oyster Stew. It was top notch MD style seafood. Well worth the trip. Views are stunning.

Great seafood sunset diner! Bart provided excellent advice, service and friendly conversation. They are serving fish they catch in the water right near the restaurant.

Great seafood restaurant on the water. All the seafood items we ordered were fresh and delicious. We were so pleased to find this gem for lunch on a Monday when most other similar restaurants are closed.

Great food and service at this family run business! Old nautical atmosphere...nothing fancy it's all about the local catch of the day. Oh and the fresh baked peach cobbler from local peaches with ice cream so good.

A hidden gem in Southern Maryland! I had Stuffed Rockfish and it was absolutely delicious. The soup and salad bar was well stocked and fresh. I always look forward to a trip to Courtney's!

Talk about stepping back in time ... Courtney’s is at the end of the road right at a dock. “Catch of the Day” is what Mr. Courtney caught in the morning. Oysters are fresh from the water and shucked by Mr. Courtney ... and wait for it ... Mr. Courtney was the hostess, server, and bus boy. Plus, the food was outstanding! I can’t say enough about the time warp that you need to try ;-)

Great crab cakes and super fast and friendly service. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for some seafood in the area and wants to go somewhere a bit quieter!

And I even met the cook, the mother I had to tell her how good the stuffed fish with crabmeat was !!

The freshest fish we've had in a long time. And, not only fresh but locally caught which gave us a flavor of kinds of fish we haven't had before. The view at the picnic tables is unspeakable!

Heard of Maryland crabs? Courtney’s is the place for authentic Maryland seafood. This is the real thing. The cinder block building is just feet away from the fishing pier. You can’t get fresher than that. Looking for the real experience without the glitter? It’s here.
The building and atmosphere is straight out of the ‘60’s. Absolutely love this place. Best seafood I’ve had in a long time.

I've ate there 2 different times on trips back to the Point Lookout area. It's a quiet (when not super busy) place with a hometown feeling. I really enjoyed the memorabilia and the history that is posted throughout the dining area. The staff was super sweet and I will definitely be stopping back by when I come back this summer. Thank you again for the memories and great food!

The steamed crabs were excellent. Great service and god unassuming vibe. It was so good that we came back for breakfast the next morning. Definitely recommend!

This is off the beaten path but totally worth the time. Crab cakes are fantastic. Blackberry cobbler was great.
