Medsurg Pharmacy

I recommend this pharmacy for anyone! I wish i knew about this pharmacy sooner. I wasted my time and money going to CVS across the street when I could have saved everything with Medsurg Pharmacy. They are really on point with everything and they provide free delivery. The customer service is outstanding and my RX got delivered right on time. Bye bye CVS I will no longer come✌🏽

I Really like them a lot they are very helpful answer questions and they make sure you're medication is delivered when ever there is a Refill I have No complaints at all 🤗

Great place friendly staff very knowledgeable, they actually go out of their way to talk to you answer questions and help you with anything you need, too bad there isn't more places like this around, changing all my prescriptions from Walmart to here.

Wonderful service. The pharmacist, although young, has old-fashioned compassion and tries to meet the need where he finds it. He is knowledgeable, patient, and truly cares for his customers.

My wife and I are loyal customers of Medsurg Pharmacy in Bryan's Road, MD. We really appreciate the dedicated customer service exhibited by all of the staff. The lead pharmacist is an absolute expert in his craft, knowledgeable about any pharmaceutical issue. They always are so nice whether on the phone or in person! No matter the problem we have, they solve the issue efficiently and promptly, always with a smile and never with a wait! We will not go to any other pharmacy any more. We strongly recommend any of our neighbors to give Medsurg a try!

Find this Pharmacy after having a very poor encounter with the Giant pharmacy! The guy working there was beyond helpful and so kind to me. I called prior to make sure they accepted our insurance and he was very energetic and peppy attitude on the phone! I went in and handed him our prescriptions and he jumped right on the computer and started filling them! Both employees that day were extremely friendly and helpful! Would definitely recommend this place and will be going again in time of need!

I love this pharmacy! They are so friendly and helpful. I never have to wait. They are in Bryan's Road, same shopping center as the closed Safeway, next to the tire place on the end where the old 7-11 used to be. As long as they are there I will never go back to another pharmacy. They've got me as a customer forever!

This was by far my best pharmacy experience. I was greeted as I walked in the door by the pharmacy staff, including the pharmacist. He jumped right in and quickly registered me, and began to make recommendations for other over the counter remedies to help with my allergies. I was in and out in less than 7 minutes while being treated with professionalism and feeling extremely cared about. They even gave me a bottle of hand sanitizer. It was just such a great experience with an extremely personal touch. We need more of that these days.

The gentleman that owns this pharmacy is so down to earth and compassionate. He doesn't try to sell you things you don't need and is honest. He remembers you when you come in and his associate is just the same. This place is a secret treasure for those of us to have to unfortunately frequent the pharmacy. You're prescriptions are filled right then and there and I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes. No more chain pharmacy's for me.

Very nice. Not my normal pharmacy and they worked really hard to get my thyroid medicine I needed. Even called back to tell me it was all taken care of. What a great place.

This is by far the best pharmacy around the area. Friendly, helpful, easy to deal with. I would encourage all to utilize this place for any prescriptions. Love the people who run it!

When you enter, everyone is friendly and welcoming.
What I also like about it is that it's a pharmacy, and nothing Iike the other drug stores that resemble a grocery store. They also remember your name greeting you with a smile. Rare in today's world!

This pharmacy is great they make you feel welcome from the time you walk in the door. Whenever a bring a prescription they always have the meds, so far I have never had to “come
back tomorrow” to receive a prescription.

Absolutely necessary to visit and compare prices and service. You will not regret this suggestion. Considerable discounts on a majority of prescriptions filled there instead of other pharmacies in the area (like CVS). You can't miss the location which is next to where the Safeway Gas station used to be located.

Very proficient with medications; ensuring customer satisfaction. All of the staff makes you feel like family. Very loving.

I have also found the staff quite helpful and friendly. If they don’t have something I need, they tend to get it within a couple days for me.
