I've used Jake's for both my home and a commercial building I own. Jake and his crew are amazing! The work is well done and if I have any questions afterward someone has always been there either to come back out or will take time with me on the phone. I highly recommend Jake's!

We needed to have our new bathtub installed and the drain moved. I received a text when they were on the way. Donnie and Seth verified what needed to be done and gave me an estimate before starting. They were very professional and did a great job. They even cleaned up after. I highly recommend Jakes Plumbing for all your plumbing needs.

We had a busted pipe after the recent freeze and when I called they were very courageous & scheduled an appointment right away. Ian Bishop arrived on time, assessed the problem & quickly and professionally repaired the pipe. This is the 4 th time we have used Jake’s & the service has always been excellent.

Had a waterline leak under concrete driveway to repair. Seth and Donnie were top notch troopers! They arrived onsite early am to a hard rain and thunderstorm but still got the job done under a tent anyway without hesitation. Great communication from start to finish and will recommend them to anyone looking for a reputable plumber.

Jakes Plumbing responded when I called, and they were at my house within two hours. Everyone else was booked up days in advance and no other company even attempted to make the time for us. Thanks to your quick and effective service we didn't have to live without water for multiple days.

Called on a Saturday was out in under an hour. Wasn't able to do all the necessary work that day as we needed complete plumbing under trailer replaced. Was able to complete everything a few days later. 2nd time using will definitely use again!

Called on a Sunday am on Super Bowl Sunday and Mardi Grass weekend. Donnie came out within an hour of the phone call asking for help. Donnie was professional, courteous and knowledgeable.
We will call again and ask he returns the next time we need assistance! He quickly found our problem, fixed it and even called after he left with valuable advice moving forward!

Donnie and Seth replaced my water heater, which was in the attic in a difficult location. Both men were pleasant and professional and answered all of my questions. I was very satisfied with their work and would recommend them to others.

I used Jake's Plumbing for the first time today and what an amazing experience. My first contact was with Shelia who was so nice and set me up for emergency service. The technician Andrew kept in contact thru the entire process of clearing the drain line. I have had a very difficult time finding a plumber knowledgeable about tankless water heaters. Well, I finally found one! I called Jake's Plumbing and they came out the same day. Andrew was very knowledgeable and explained things in a way that made sense to me. I am very grateful and have already recommended them to others!

Jake's Plumbing provided excellent customer service which included the availability, appointment time, the service technician, and the customer service representative. My tankless water heater wasn't heating the water so I called Jake's Plumbing. Andrew was the technician that came out and he was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Jake's Plumbing.

2nd pt to initial review. Because the initial diagnosis from the Navien the manufacturer of the tankless hot water heater was misdiagnosed other parts had to be ordered and replaced which was covered under warranty by Navien. However, because Andrew was very experienced in repairing these heaters he knew exactly what the problem was but the technical support would not listen and insisted it was something else. So I had the pleasure of having another technician come out by the name of Ian who was also very knowledgeable, professional, and a pleasure to work with. Long story short, the entire team was great, very upfront, always provided timely service. They were concerned about my needs and made sure to provide me the fastest service possible.

Ian Bishop was the tech that came out to assess and repair the plumbing issue. Ian was friendly, polite and professional. I am an older woman who appreciated his patience in explaining to me what the problem was and what was needed to fix it. He also saw future issues and called out Jake to make recommendations for the future. Ian was honest which doesn’t come often in today’s world. Because of Ian, I have added Jake’s Plumbing as my “go-to” plumber. Ian Bishop is a true asset to your company. ( you need many more just like him)

Very pleased with how Donnie and Caleb replaced my parents’ hot water heater. They both performed excellent, expert work and were very kind, professional, and friendly. We also appreciate them helping us on a holiday weekend, too!

Jake’s plumbing did an awesome job installing a new tankless water heater and removing old gas tanks from our attic. They will be our dedicated plumbing company from here on out. Company owner personally came to our home to meet with us.

Another company gave me a crazy estimate of 12k to unclog a sink, replace a water heater and a toilet. They never even looked at anything.

Jakes came out, actually looked into seeing what the problem was and fixed our issues for a significant amount less. Very pleased with the results and will be using them again if the need arises.
