Harborside Hotel

it was my first trip to the DC area in more than 10 years. I went with a group and all 49 of us were on the same floor. I had an issue with my TV and the two gentlemen that came to fix my TV had it fixed within minutes and I'm pretty tech savvy. The hotel was a short walking distance from shopping areas and restaurants. They even had a shuttle bus to take you to local attractions for a small fee. I would recommend this place to friends, family, and strangers. When I get the chance I will return!

Surprisingly great value for it's close location to the National Harbor, especially for business travelers. Rooms are modern, very clean, relatively spacious, and professional staff. Large restaurant with large bar that is well staffed for happy-hour groups. Free shuttle to National Harbor/Gaylord Resort areas. Lots of free parking at the hotel. We really enjoyed our stay, there.

The manager and staff were amazing. Very friendly. The ribs were standard hotel rooms. Clean. It was further from the Gaylord than we would have liked but they did offer a shuttle for us. We ate breakfast at the hotel and it was delicious. Definitely would stay here again

This place was great! The room was clean and comfortable and they offered a shuttle service to downtown national harbor and the casino which was awesome! They are pet friendly which is why we chose to stay here. So glad we did!

Very clean place and the staff was amazing. Very smooth check in and check out process. Loved the noon check out time . The walls are kind of thin but its not so bad that your stay would be ruin. Would come back and stay anytime

I made a mistake with my online reservation and had to reach out to the hotel. Vincent Washington, Assistant GM went out of his way to assist me. I am very grateful for the kindness and understanding given to me and this situation. I rebooked my room with the correct date. Thanks so much, Vincent! I look forward to my upcoming stay.

The lights and decor in the hotel are nice. My one night stay was decent.

I booked through Expedia (Aug 4,2023) and the check-in was super quick. The room was clean and ready. The hotel is close to EVERYTHING. Top golf is literally across the street. Plenty of parking and friendly staff. My only thing was that my room was directly across from the elevator and 8n the dead of the night, with no sounds, I could hear the ding of the elevator for a few minutes as I fell asleep. It never woke me up though. I'd recommend to the four people that I know. I'd definitely stay again. I don't travel much so I may be easily impressed, but clean and friendly is still clean and friendly.

Very pleased with the accommodations for our stay and how knowledgeable, friendly, and professional the staff were.

The Harborside Hotel is either pretty new, or pretty recently renovated. The main lobby is clean and spacious - including the breakfast area. There is a ton of parking (and is just across the street from Top Golf, which you could walk to easily). Rooms are spacious and everything seems to be in great shape too. Beds are comfortable and everything seems clean and well maintained. For the money, it's a very good deal.

This is a review for the restaurant. Omar O was my service great customer service this afternoon . He was very polite and professional. The ambience very chill and relaxing. Overall my experience with him was worth the the price . The food was delicious. Went for lunch so not to many people.great for intimate date…. I love it here

We went for a Church Anniversary in the Sjy Lounge it was nice food was buffet service really nice made to order omelet station.

The rooms are spotless and very sterile with a classy decor. The front desk and catering staff are very orderly and friendly. Everyone is attentive. You will get more than your money's worth....guaranteed!!

Price was right and all was good. The place was clean with easy traffic access. Best perk was the convenient Shuttle to the National Harbor area including Gaylord center and MGM Casino.

Absolutely remarkable care, courtesy and outstanding customer service hands down! I was warmly greeted upon my arrival and welcomed by a member of hotel management, Mr. Vincent Washington who treated me with professionalism and respect. Everything was clearly explained and the room in a stunning condition. Even the cleaning staff, each and every one of them speak and ask how you are doing. I am thoroughly impressed with the management and operations of this remarkable hotel!

We had an amazing stay with amazing staff. The room was immaculate and large. The shuttle was so convenient to the convention center. Everyone was exceptionally kind and helpful with every detail. Would recommend and stay again!

Totally surprised with how nice this hotel is. Other reviews say the walls are paper thin and roadside rooms are loud—not true at all. Rooms clean and modern, bar downstairs was convenient for a drink with a good crowd, and best part was the shuttle that goes to MGM and National Harbor restaurant area. And got to play Top Golf right across the street too! Oh and this place was cheaper (and safer) then all other options.
