When I booked a stay at Motel 6 on I95 near by Dumfries, VA , I wasn't expecting much, given its reputation as a budget-friendly option. However, my experience surpassed all expectations. From the moment I checked in, I was greeted by a warm and welcoming staff that made me feel right at home.

The room itself was a pleasant surprise. Not only was it impeccably clean, but it also boasted a modern design that added a touch of class to my stay. The comfortable bed provided a great night's sleep, and the amenities were more than sufficient for my needs.

One of the highlights of my stay was the exceptional customer service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I needed and that my stay was as comfortable as possible. Their attention to detail and genuine care for their guests truly set this Motel 6 apart.

The location of the motel was also convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and dining options like 7 eleven and waffles house. Despite its affordability, I felt like I was staying at a much more upscale establishment, thanks to the quality of service and accommodations.

I’ve been staying at this place for close to 3 weeks. From day 1 the moment I walked In I was greeted with a smile. I’ve had the chance to interact with everyone at the front desk and I must say the professionalism and courtesy received has left me blown away. I’ve had 1 small problem staying there and when I tell you the situation was fixed faster than it took me to walk to the lobby it really was. I highly recommend staying at this location. If you ever have a chance to talk to Ms Ricki for a few minutes I suggest you do, she is the best and will definitely make you leave with a smile on your face. Thank you everyone at the Motel 6, what a great group of people.

Place is convenient, right off of 95south. Most definitely worth it; the breakfast restaurant next to it was delicious. Staff was attentive. Ricarda, was very patient and understanding; was able to accommodate my family with expedience.

I recently stayed here and it was perfect! The rates were great and the service was even better. Ronnie took such good care of me he was so nice and kind. I look forward to my next stay

The lady up front ms Ricky is amazing and is very helpful she been the lady helping me and checked me in when I first got here she is polite sweet and very respectful when I first got here my room was nice and clean no stains on the sheets or covers towels and clean refrigerator I have a kid and a dog so to know my room was clean is wonderful between motel 6 and red roof they have good customer services and clean rooms

I chose Motel 6 for its dog friendly policy. Traveling around with 2 dogs is never easy but Motel 6 made it a smoother experience. The front desk and cleaning staff is particularly awesome. They are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and always willing to help solve any issue quickly and efficiently. I had an AC issue and they fixed it within the same hour. The cleaning staff is also great, since I don’t like room service everyday, they still actively provide me with towels, bedsheets, and even doggie bags 😀
They’ve given me a home away from home and I appreciate their dedicated customer service. Most Motel 6’s get a bad rap sometimes, but the Motel6 in Dumfries, VA has a great dynamic. Added Bonus, they have an amazing green area for dog walking that is perfect for my pups. I feel safe walking day or night and my pups love playing in an open spaces.

I have had a great time boarding over at this Motel 6 in Dumfries for almost 2 months. They have the best customer service, comfortable beds, nice and spacious rooms and the staff is just the the best. I appreciate Mr. Khalid, Ms. Ricki and Ms Nicki among other staff members. I would love to wish Ms Nicki a safe delivery on her new bundle of baby boy.

Ricki at the front desk is so nice she has excellent customer service skills very warm and welcoming. Everyone that I've come in contact with who works at the Motel is very nice. The microwave in our room wasn't working and within minutes they were there to switch it out. I also love that you are able to have pets my dogs are my world.

Clean rooms no bugs occasionally some shouting from the neighbors depending on what room you got or depending on what floor you're on other than that all the rooms are clean you might want to get some mini shampoo bottles from the front before you come into the room everything is chill I suggest you getting a room for the down floor

Mrs. Ricki is the nicest person working in this location. Everytime I pass by, she always has a nice smile and is always polite to me.

When I need a secluded spot on the outskirts of town, this place is wonderful for that! Comfortable and accommodating, they even have a small 24 hour diner a few steps away. . .

It was a fairly pleasant experience. It is conveniently located near several restaurants. The room was comfortable, but the TV did not work. The staff was friendly . Overall it was OK and I am likely to stay there again.

Great place to stay rooms have a few dust bunnies and can use a little update. But that won't stop me from staying there again they also accept cash unlike some of the other places friendly and quick service.

The cleanest so far. I will definitely a repeat customer.

Everybody was and still is so helpful. This has been a pleasant experience. Just as a guest don't be rude pay your dues and tip please. Yesterday my kids locked me out my room and staff assured me all was fine and got me back into my room. The pool is clean And staff is very responsive.

Great hospitality, willing to help with accommodations. They do charge a pet fee.
I read other reviews before getting there and almost didn't stop. Glad I did. The room we stayed in was clean and updated. I didn't have a problem getting cleaning supplies (we have dogs so I do the cleaning) laundry room has GREAT washer and dryers. They have a guest computer and printer that is available with no charge to print in the lobby. Again great hospitality!!

We were able to get a double room on last minute notice. Rooms were both clean, spacious, bright. No bugs. The staff seemed friendly. Our stay was quiet and the kids LOVED the pool. We would stay here again.

We are so grateful this lodging place let our dog stay, we tried many others around the area but they didn't, so in our eyes that devalues them to zero.

The room was cute, the bed was comfortable and the lighting was nice too. Debbie was very friendly and accommodating, she deserves a raise, 5+ stars to this Motel 6!

The location couldn't be better. You have access to many restaurants and stores. One of the things that my kids enjoyed in the pool. The room are confortables space and clean, the bathroom had hot water all time is very important for us, is a good experience, all people in the counter was very kind and always with a smiles. we will return again in the next vacation.
Its cleanliness and location of the place. You were not limited to the Hotel grounds as there was shopping and other dining options within walking distance. The location was also very safe and pedestrians were very helpful in terms of getting around.
