DARCARS Chrysler Jeep Waldorf

In the last year we have purchased two custom built vehicles from this location with the help of our salesman Dylan. Throughout each process Dylan was extremely helpful and went above and beyond. We were able to get every single question we had answered and were provided with knowledgable information which really helped in our decision making. During the building process Dylan kept us informed and up to date. As soon as the vehicles came in Dylan called us personally and sent us images without us even having to ask. The car buying and ordering process went smoothly each time and we're so grateful for all of Dylan's help.

DARCARS of Waldorf made our buying a car experience very pleasant. When we pulled in the parking lot to scope out the inventory, we were approached by salesman, David. He was able to guide us along with test driving a couple vehicles. Needless to say, we were in the middle of a heat wave and temps were reaching 100 degrees on this particular day; we appreciate David hanging in there with us. David is a new car salesman of a couple weeks but he is proving to be a fast learner and absorbing everything there is to know to help car buyers.

When we decided to make a deal, we met Sales Manager, Glenn. He did not pressure us at all and on our ride home, we even talked about how stress-free this experience was. They were patient with us and spent extra time to go over some of the car features. Glenn is very easy to talk to and was hands-on with us too. The atmosphere was very friendly and they have a good team of employees who help each other out.

Lastly, I want to share a week later (actually yesterday), we were part of a Jeep convoy with multiple Jeep clubs to see Mama Duck in Leonardtown. As soon as we parked at the Wharf, I instantly saw one of the DARCARS Salesmen named Dylan. We hung out during most of the event which was nice. The very next day (today), I went to DARCARS to take care of some things and Dylan walked outside to greet me. Again, that was very nice and he didn’t have to do that, but he did inform me that David was with a customer. Dylan has shown me a few times how he continues to go above and beyond to help people regardless of whether you are his customer or not. That goes a long way.

I have forgotten the name of the Finance Department Associate (apologies) but she was a pleasure to work with as well. I would recommend DARCARS of Waldorf to anyone shopping for Chrysler or Jeep vehicles.

Recently, I purchased a truck from this location, and not even a month later ran over some debris on 495 from an accident and damaged one of my tires. I called the next morning and spoke with the Assistant Service Manager, Jarvis, and he was able to put another tire on my truck right away!

The customer service was on point and they were able to replace my tire in a short time frame. I will be back for additional services!

The service department went above and beyond when the last place lost my wheel lock key. They were able to get my tires rotated and fixed some issues the last dealership created.

This review is long overdue, but I must tell you how friendly, helpful, and responsive the staff is here. I wanted to purchase a stick shift Jeep Gladiator, only to find that due to a certain recall, very, very few were left for sale AFTER said recall. My father is the one who found this rare Jeep of my dreams, here at DARCARS Waldorf Jeep in Maryland, online. So, we set off from New York down to Waldorf Maryland. The trip was 600 miles, 18 hours, round trip, to pick up this beautiful stick shift Jeep Gladiator. This trip was worth every minute and mile. When we arrived, the whole encounter was very pleasant. From the test drive to when I signed my name to take my beautiful Jeep home was just a breeze. I was star struck and could barely string a sentence together when I saw this gorgeous vehicle, but the staff was patient and understood. I was so touched that they offered to put a red bow on the Jeep for picture's sake!
Not once did I feel like I might be being taken advantage of for any warranties/coverage that were on offer. Being an automotive technician myself, I pay particular attention when it comes to this situation. signing your name away and what for. Most assuredly, there were no hidden intentions, and they were more than happy to elaborate on anything I might have a question about.

I also wanted to note that Dylan, their product specialist, was a very welcoming, informative, and enthusiastic individual, who helped me discover and fall in love with the many amenities this beautiful Jeep has to offer. I wish I could give a 10/10, but I will need to stick with 5/5. Excellent staff, excellent experience, and even though I live in NY, I will recommend this dealer to all my "Jeeples."

I had a misunderstanding about how the process works at Darkars in Waldrof. After an explaination from coperate office, I was very satisfied. I should have ask more question to have a better understanding. Angie's explaination was accurate to what corporate told me. I appologize for the error on my part. Angie keep up the good work. Mike is good for what he does. he was through on the paper work Thank you guys.

I had a FABULOUS experience here today: Tiara Simmons, Elliott Davis, and Ali Dadrast all worked so hard (for many hours!) to find me the best deal. They were also incredibly patient with my daughter, and had no problems helping to keep her occupied while I was involved in the process of purchasing a brand new (beautiful and perfect!) Jeep. Bravo! It's hard to find genuine customer service these days, and I greatly appreciated it here today. Thank you so much!

From start to finish, what a great buying experience! I arrived before they opened on Christmas Eve, and Dylan had arrived early, so he came out and greeted me right away. I told him what I was looking for, and he found the Jeep (with extras) at another location. I worked everything out with Angie, who ensured the new Jeep was delivered to my home with a red bow and a bottle of champagne to surprise my wife. I almost forgot, I walked in with a great interest rate from my credit union, but Tim was able to get me a slightly lower one. I highly recommend the team at DARCARS. Thank you!

Top notch dealership - I've been a customer for over 20 years. Although I've received excellent customer service in the past, this trip exceeded past experiences - it was a 1st rate encounter!!! - I watched as my salesperson, finance manager, service manager and the general manager join forces to make sure I had everything I wanted in my vehicle. More importantly was the price of the vehicle/maintenance plan, that I found attractive and affordable.  I had no plan to purchase a vehicle, I was alone - no worries, my salesperson (Frank Mitchell) delivered the vehicle to my home later that evening gased up and detailed! Frank also provided me with helpful videos about the vehicle, but what impressed me most was that he very patiently - over the phone - walked me through steps to get things set up. So, if you're looking for a great vehicle and exceptional customer service is a must, this is the place to go!

We had a tremendous experience buying our new Grand Cherokee from DARCARS Jeep in Waldorf! We test drove one they had in stock and then placed a custom order for the exact truck we wanted. Frank, Chip, Tim, and Angie were all amazing! It was delivered from the factory about 2 months from when the order was placed and we couldn’t be happier. We had the most wonderful experience while at this dealership. Dylan met us as we pulled up and waited till we parked. We told him that we came to see what the Wagoneer was, and he took us over and thoroughly explained the vehicle, it's features and offered to open it for us to check the interior and test drive. He was so knowledgeable that we were IMPRESSED. He mentioned items that we didn't think about asking. We decided to go with a different model vehicle, and he was thorough again. Very patient every step of the way. When we found out it was his 1st day, we were astonished that someone so young could have the work ethic that he has. He is the most knowledgeable car salesman I have ever encountered. His follow-up is fantastic. Dylan deserves so much more than a simple bonus; he should get so much extra. His coworkers were as impressed as we were. He is going to go far in his new career.
