All Departments at Weiss Toyota have been beyond amazing. Our most recent visit to the service department was so impressive. Matt and Donovan both communicated with us about all steps. They went above and beyond for us. I cannot say enough good things about this dealership. Also, when they returned our car to us (We were unable to pick up right away so they dropped off!!), it was cleaner than it had ever been. That was an unexpected surprise.

My service experience was great from start to finish. The greeting from service advisor Michael was friendly and he helped explain the service to be done very well. The waiting area was very nice and the jobs completed were finished ahead of the time expected. I left feeling appreciated and look forward to next visit.

My service advisor Donovan and the service manager Matt are the best! My truck had a check engine light on when I scheduled an appointment. They got me in right away. They diagnosed and called me with the charges before performing the work. They also did a free inspection and alerted me to a couple things that would have caused me trouble down the road. They made sure it was repaired correctly and that I was satisfied. What more can I ask? This was not my first visit and I will be back. Hard to find a service department you can trust. I fully trust these people.

The service was great. Prince did a great job explaining everything and giving a number to have a remote starter put in.
Also several hours later I had to call because my car wouldn't start. Called Prince said after it was jump started to bring it back in. He had the battery tested first test was fine. He had it checked to more times which showed battery was dead. All of these services were done in a very timely manner. Thank you. Chery Abernathy

I visited Weiss last week for my 50,000 mile maintenance and had the absolute best experience. Fred was TOP NOTCH in providing customer service. He did not miss a step in communicating the recommended maintenance, what it would cost, and the overall condition of my vehicle. And he was very polite, friendly, and professional. I almost never post a review, but this experience deserved sharing.

I have worked with Weiss Toyota for the past ten years and highly regard the professionalism and integrity displayed by all employees. I took my Camry in yesterday for a State Emissions Test and was welcomed warmly. They immediately checked me in and service advisor, Donovan Hoyer, took the car for the work. The work was performed in a timely manner and checking out was a breeze. A complimentary visual inspection was performed which I appreciate on all visits to give me confidence that my car is in good order.

This is for the service department -- I bought my car 12 years ago from Weiss, and have kept up on the service schedule. This week I had a service appointment. Prinz waited on me. He was very helpful, and after the appointment, he explained to me that I'll need some service in the future. He was very helpful explaining it, almost drawing a picture with his hands of the area needing repair. It really helped me understand it. Thanks Prinz!

I have been coming to Weiss Toyota for the past 13 years for all my service needs. I bought my car from Weiss. I have always had great experiences and great service, that’s what keeps me coming back. My last appointment Donovan was the service attendant and he is just excellent can’t say enough about him.

From start to finish the staff and Weiss Toyota were friendly, professional and very helpful. At no time did I feel any kind of pressure. Through the research I did I was able to determine that I was given the absolute best deal possible on the vehicle I purchased. I highly recommend Weiss for anyone look to buy a new or used vehicle.

So grateful that I wasn't told I needed an alternator, which I was somewhat expecting. Service advisor Prinz V. was respectful and friendly, although I was a bit uncomfortable when he sat down less than 6 feet from me. Over the past 9 years, I've always been pleased with the service at Weiss.

I would like to start by saying the minute we walked through the doors we felt as if we were treated like family. Mike I. Is our salesman/friend. We have known him for about 6 years. Our family has purchased 5 vehicles from him now. You want to go to a dealership and not be pushed into something weiss is where you need to go. The finance lady was great. I have purchased 3 cars from Weiss and have had all of them serviced there. The staff is very friendly and efficient. The service is exceptional and speedy. I would never consider going to another dealer as long as I have Toyotas.

Dennis, the service advisor and his team were very kind and fast. They had the recall and a couple other maintenance items done in a few hours. He called me when done to setup payment and after hour pickup.

I’m very happy with Weiss Toyota and there service center. Denise Perry and the rest of the staff are always friendly and helpful. They don’t push things on you, they just keep you informed. i will be buying another care from Weiss for sure!
