Dave Mungenast Collision Assistance Center

Dave Mungenast is the best collision assistance center in the world! I hit a container truck on the highway and my girlfriend and I were stuck at a small town(no Uber, no car rental company) near to Saint Louis. They sent a truck to help us to get out of that small town and tow my car to collision center at the same time!

Now my Lexus is totally repaired and it is similar with a brand new one! They repaired my car in detail and patiently, helped me make sure every parts of my car works well. Also, they keep in touch with me every week and help me to follow up the process. I want to say thank you to all members in Dave Mungenast and before I left there I swore that I would give them 5 stars review! I really appreciate their hard work and dedication. Please stay patient and give them some time to repair your car. They will live up to your expectations!

Helped me file claim , even talked to the claims person for me . Was so easy they took pictures, sent them in and same day set up time to bring by vehicle back . Everyone really gave five star customer service. Hi 👋 five to all.

i was lightly rear-ended almost a month ago and dropped off my IS 350 F on Tuesday. they had it all fixed and done by Friday with no issues. billing to the ins co was seamless. i feel they did a fantastic job as the fit and finish is superb. the interior seems as if it had a full detail even though it didn't. you all did a great job, thank you.

They did a fantastic job on my Mazda. My car looks better than it did before the accident. They took the time and detailed every inch of my car and I swear it's like driving a new car again! Highly recommend and will take my car back in a heartbeat. They also did a great job working with my insurance to make sure everything was covered under my policy.

I have used Mungenast Collision Center in the past and been a satisfied customer, but the customer service I received on the last visit was truly stellar. I was referred to this location from a Mungenast dealership because needed a very minor repair done on my vehicle. The body shop team at the Collision Center was incredibly helpful, and they took care of me practically the minute I walked in. The service was quick, transparent, and effective. We brought our 2018 into Mungenast Collision Center with major hail damage from a trip to Colorado. Emphasis on major hail damage. I've never seen so many dents in one car, plus a cracked windshield. It only took Mungenast one week to fix everything. Our car looks like new again!! They did a beautiful job, and I could not be happier! They worked closely with our insurance company (kudos also to Farmers), and everything went off without a hitch. If that weren't enough, they went above and beyond with their customer service, even driving me home and back to retrieve a check I had forgotten! I cannot say enough kind words or give Mungenast enough compliments on their work. I VERY highly recommend Mungenast Collision Center!

Great service and my car looks great. When I had a problem after picking up my car the company stayed in contact with me until things were taken care of. Their skills are only matched by their customer service. I would definitely use them again, worth the drive!
