Had an absolutely perfect experience dealing with getting warranty service done on my vehicle. I originally anticipated having no access to the car for months and got it back in less than a month.
Also, got calls with updates on the repair almost daily.

Best dealer service experience I have ever had by far.

I have always had great experiences at Tom Hodges. From the service department to the sales department I was always treated with respect and patience. John in the service department was especially helpful with trying to solve my car problems. The shuttle service was always available when I needed a ride.

Rob, Renee, and Dylan went above and beyond to help my husband and I with our car issues we where having. We recently purchased a used vehicle from another dealer and within 6wks the car stopped running. That dealership, Lexington Park Ford basically said not our problem so, we went to Tom Hodges where I purchased prior vehicles before for help. They were able to get us in a reliable car that isn't going to breakdown. Best dealership I've been to in all my car buying needs.

this place was amazing as a young buyer everyone was very peaceful and considerate and helped me when I needed it. my purchasing agent Mac and Ron were very kind and considerate about my concerns with the vehicle I bought, test drives were simple, and negotiating wasn't hostile or unprofessional in any way, he let me look at the car for as long as I wanted and was very patient with me, some issues arrived (on my behalf) with finance luckily they have Renee my finance director who helped me with papers and didn't rush me at all, she was very kind and didn't treat me like a child and walked me though anything I was confused or had questions about. If I ever need anything automotive in the future I will definitely make sure I check Tom Hodges Mitsubishi First. Thanks again for everything!

Over the decades, we have bought 9 used cars for our immediate family from Tom. All cars were reasonable in price, dependable, and serviced as needed. We have no regrets.

They generally have good used cars that pass the sniff test. Both of my cars came from Hodges after shopping around extensively. They'll be the first lot I check for my next purchase. Not a ton of room for haggling the price, but that's okay when they stand behind their product.

I knew what I wanted : 2020 Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross SEL black color with all the possible extras. If you think that every single Mitsubishi dealer place is ready to deliver something THAT specific? Not at all!!! They like to call you every other day, they like to email with promises ( " if you drive and come see us for a test drive ....") , and even asked for deposit. And you know what??? The ONLY Mitsu dealership in Maryland I talked to ( around 15) who was ready to deliver and ACTUALLY delivered what they promised , were Tom Hodges Mitsubishi!!!! All my experience with buying my Mitsu, was simply fantastic. All team were genuine, pleasant, open- minded and offered their help anytime I need: call, email, come in. And every time since I bought the car - August 1st - if I like to ask some quick question, my special thanks to sales representative Donnie Gray. Excellent team, Mr. Hodges! Excellent attitude!! Excellent experience for me! Thank you from all my heart!
P.S. Now, 3 years later, I still think the same: everyone there goes above and beyond and that is dealership I call " MY". My Mitsu is serviced in timely manner, nothing is forgotten and nothing unnecessary is done. The way I like it, the way it is in excellent places.

It was best customer service experience since purchase of the vehicle. Appointment was on-time, service excellent, efficient and facility was clean and coffee available.

The people are so very professional. Tom treats you as a good friend. Renee in finance is amazing! Never leaves a question unanswered. Olvan knows these cars like the back of his hand. Everyone there is very friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this dealership! We will be back!

I had a fantastic experience. Multiple employees helped me by answering questions and helping me figure out financing. I really felt like they bent over backwards to get me the best deal and find the best car for my budget. Tom was also very hands on. For the owner he was approachable and kind, it surprised me how much time he spent with the customers. Once my car was selected everyone again spent time with me showing me all the features and ins and outs of the model.

It was the first time I’ve ever bought a new car and I could not be happier. I’d recommend Tom Hodges to anyone. You will not be disappointed by the customer service or the quality of their products.
