Absolutely going to miss this clinic now that we are moved away. Sarah was so helpful with everything I needed to get my dog to Hawaii. She knew more about the process than I did, and was so patient during the whole thing! Helped me get all the necessary appointments and documents I needed to transport my dog. 10/10 recommend

We had an emergency with our kitten. They worked us in, were very knowledgeable and supportive. We will be making this our regular vet now.

About a month ago, my chiweenie puppy was completely paralyzed in her back legs. She had apparently ruptured a disc in her back. We were fully prepared to come in and have her put down.

But Dr Wiseman gave us 3 options. A surgery we couldn't afford, put her on steroids to hopefully bring down the inflammation on her spinal cord, or euthanasia. We decided to try the steroids (he gave it maybe a 20% chance of working.)

I am so glad we took his advice on trying them! She's not 100% back to being the vibrant, excitable, jumpy puppy she used to be, but she gets closer and closer with each day! We are now doing acupuncture to continue helping her get more function back and are super happy with how far she's come!

So to both of the Dr Wiseman's, Rosie, Mom, and I say thank you!

I have taken a few foster dogs to this vet clinic. Getting an appointment is usually easy, even during the pandemic years. Attentive staff and doctors.

I also recently had to euthanize one of my cats. I was offered a quiet space to be alone with her before the procedure. I was not pressured for payment up front, and afterwards was shown an exit to avoid exiting through the lobby and mingling with other customers. Helped to make an unpleasant experience as agreeable as possible.

I took my new puppy there for her initial visit. Everyone was very kind! The vet answered any and all questions I had and she did such a good job with my puppy. She got her vaccinations and the vet did so well, she didn't even notice. Definitely found my go to vet

Amazing experience! The staff was kind & welcoming and the black cat there was absolutely adorable! I brought in my cat for a check up and was impressed with how well the staff treated both her & me! It was an enjoyable and affordable vet visit :) I'd absolutely recommend the Springfield Veterinary Center!

The excellent treatment my senior dog received from Dr. Cynthia cannot efficiently be put into words. I would highly recommend her for any pet, but the care my geriatric dog was given was above and beyond all expectations. She has given my dog a new elderly lease on life. The staff is above and beyond nice, the facilities are clean. 100% recommended.

My Chi went down hill pretty quickly. She had some fluid in her lungs due to cardiac issues, and I made an appointment with her regular vet, and the appt was for three weeks!! Woke up by her yelp in the middle of the night, no other choice than to take her to the Vet ER. The clinic was easy to find, very clean, attendants very nice and compacionate. The vet cater to her needs,but she was too sick to take her home. They let me hold her and she rested in my arms. Is one of the worst experiences I have ever had, NOT WITH THE CLINIC, but putting her down.

They were great with my dog and very understanding with him. He was nervous and they got what needed to be done done.

Edit: I have been going here now since 2016. My dog has been seen for everything from vaccinations, gland expressions, teeth cleaning, stitch removal, and everything in between. I wouldn't have it any other way! Wonderful staff and timely responses. Thank you for taking care of my best friend! And now best friends!

They take care of my two cat babies and every single one of their staff have been beyond pleasant and patient and so so kind. My cat got sick for the first time ever (like sick sick) and when I called panicking, the doctor squeezed her in AND called me with every update and gave me details (in words I could understand) to talk me through the process and explain everything going on. I loved them before. I love them even more now. 100/10 recommend. I honestly wouldn’t trust my cats with anyone else.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. This vet is the nicest I have ever worked with, beyond fairly priced, and entirely kind as well as professional. I would recommend anyone to come here. They helped my oldest baby when he was very sick with an upper respiratory infection, and got us in even though they were fully booked for the day. Truly the best.

Brought my 6-year old kitty in for a followup from the Vet ER over July 4th weekend. Dr. Heidi was amazing! Bugsy approved. No murder mittens. Thank you!

Awesome place took my cat in for his first visit and they gave great recommendations for feeding and other little things that I needed to know as a new cat parent. They truly care more about the animals they service than the money they make.

Our dog needed a serious nail trim, as well as treatment for a yeast infection in his ears. The staff is warm and welcoming as soon as you walk in the door. They took great care of our dog, and gave us a comprehensive plan to help with his allergies - using multiple approaches and really helping us understand his dietary needs. There's an in-house pharmacy, so they filled his prescription before we left, and he was able to get started on his new medication right away.

The pricing is very affordable, and they do accept Care Credit.

Most importantly, to me, Dr. Cynthia came in and sat right down on the floor to keep building a relationship with our dog while talking us through all the information we needed to know. It's clear that the staff loves the animals they deal with (even drama Queens like our dog). I feel confident in having this as our new veterinarian for all of our pets.

Great service. I just adopted my dog, he came from a home where he was neglected and not fed properly. I was anxious about how he would behave at the vet. The staff here were so patient and kept him calm the whole time with treats and toys to keep him occupied while they made sure he was healthy.
Also very reasonable price range for the care of my pet. However, the treatment we received would have been well worth any price tag. Overall a great experience!
