Panda Express

Panda Express is probably the most affordable and delicious "Asian food" out there. It's delicious. Nothing beats some honey walnut shrimp and orange chicken. 😘🤌 Chef's kiss.

Delicious! Their food is always amazing!! You can smell the wonderful aroma before you even step foot into the building! Can't wait to go back!!

I love coming here after a long day of work and getting food of course, this place is so quiet and rarely has any people so I like being about to eat food and it being quiet, though the internet is not working for some reason, I still love the place!!!

I do love Chinese food, but Panda Express has always been lacking for me. It's good, but the only actual chicken it has is Orange Chicken. I tend to hate oranges, but I'll still eat that as it's the closest thing to Generals Tso's they have. Plus, I do enjoy chow mein.
The difference with this panda express is that the chicken didn't have an overzealous orange taste to it. Which I adore! Some may hate that, but I found it refreshing and so good! The only real problem I have is that they don't serve Pepsi, and I enjoy Pepsi with Chinese food. But water still works. I also find their egg rolls taste funny, yet that's a personal preference.
The people were nice too. I think the employees felt normal and still were good at their job. I appreciate that. I love those circular booths. They're very extra but also very fun to sit in. So I still give this place 5 stars. Mostly because it was the best tasting orange chicken and such fresh steamed rice I've ever had at a Panda Express. I just really hope one day they switch away from Coke.

2nd time ever eating at a panda express and now I'm kicking myself and wondering why I've waited so long. The food is excellent!

To start I had only eaten at the south springfield location. Aside from ALWAYS being out of Honey Sesame chicken, it’s not consistent. Now Glenstone and Chestnut those employees know how to take care of customers so they will come back countless times(like me)!!! I eat there 4 days in my 5 day work week and they are always so nice!!!

Update: Well it’s been a few years now and I like it. They fixed my complaint and every time I go the food is always very fresh.

This is not the same Panda I knew and loved from the west coast. So much more focus needs to be placed on having the food as fresh as possible. I've been visiting every other week since opening day 1.

I've come to expect friendly staff and great service every visit thanks to the awesome employees and management at this location.

2nd time and still friendly service and fast food. Will definitely visit every time I work in Springfield.

(THIS REVIEW IS ESSENTIAL AND MEANT TO REFLECT ON ALL FAST FOOD RESTAURANTS) Very friendly staff! Seems always better to walk in and order carryout. This way, nothing of your choice is left out! The drive-thru service puts too much stress on the employee's and results in leaving something out of the guest's order.

It was awesome my first time there was today and I will be going back. The staff is friendly and the restaurant is clean.

Food always seems fresh even though they have it prepped in advance. The 3 meat plate is enough for two people to split at a good price. Mushroom chicken is a favorite as well as black pepper chicken. Rice is usually good. Service is always fast and well mannered.

Service was excellent! I was in and out in no time. Very respectful and courteous during the transaction. Went for the simple bowl with beef and broccoli sides with fried rice and as usual did not disappoint.

Just passing through, so I can’t account for all the times people experienced a bad visit. Mine was delightful, a great alternative to a sit down restaurant if you have the craving for Asian cuisine on the go.

Remember you are getting what you pay for, Asian fast food! Happy dining!

I'm honestly not certain about the atmosphere, but, from what I recall my wife said about it when she went, the atmosphere and service were good :)

The food is AWESOME!!!! :D
