We visited the store in Waldorf looking for information on TVs. Kevin Ortega helped us from the moment we walked in. He was so helpful and knowledgeable. He had a lot of patience and took his time answering all our questions and showing us every model. We really appreciate the service Kevin provided. Every store should have a Kevin.

I visited to browse new laptops. Judah made my experience seamless. He was knowledgeable and took his time with all my questions. I did not feel pressured or overwhelmed, yet well informed. He narrowed down my choices to 3 laptops based on my needs and usage. He explained software options and I even bought the geek squad service pkg. Very pleasant associate to work with.

They were very helpful. I was told exactly where to get what I was looking for. I Found it without any issues! Very friendly to. Had a good conversation about trending technologies and rapid advancements in the last 29 years. Lol Got a new Keyboard and mouse combo. Also got a hardrive reader. The last one I got was almost 100 bucks this one does the same and was only 14 bucks. The price has come down alot for these devices. Also flash drives you can get a 512gb for 49 bucks I remember for 49 bucks you were lucky to get 8gb for that price!!lol

We were beyond full when we got out. The food was really good. I got the chicken, beef and shrimp combo along with Poke bowl. Both these dishes were really good. Place was clean, order served really quick and staff are really friendly. Will visit the place again. If you are in the vicinity do support the local business.

A++ My sales associate, Landon, was very patient and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and concerns to enable me to purchase the television suitable for me. I would highly recommend Best Buy! They are my go-to for electronics!

I revisited this location with my husband yesterday and Ms Gia Gia gave us excellent customer service and was very patient with me in purchasing my merchandise. Thanks again to her and her sidekicks didn’t get their names but they were very helpful and informative. This team on Sunday rocked 😀

I shopped at the Waldorf, Maryland Best Buy location today and had a bunch of questions. As I was looking at the tablets, the Assistant Manager Stephan stopped and asked if I needed help. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable as he helped me find a tablet that could easily link to my television. He knew the specifications of the items I needed and explained how to link them together. He was extremely helpful and I will be returning to this location for my electronic needs.

I am so happy with my new washer and dryer is working well. The 85 inches tv was installed and the two men were excellent workers.

I enjoyed my visit. The young men & young ladies are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I enjoyed my experience. Thank you all for your service and dedication 💯

The young lady was very helpful. I needed to return something that had not worked. She was more than happy to help me and make sure I was satisfied definitely go back.

A good store. Knowledgeable people and technology things and stuff. I go here to gain info on things...doing special ops intelligence collection of the store battlefield to seize the initiative and overcome my enemy...the overprice gadgets man enemy.

Great customer service from the managers and even the sales associate Tyler who literally sat with me and my wife for about an hour trying to figure out what was the best item for our money when buying a Pc for my son.

Before Christmas my wife and I were looking
for presents for my grandson. Not sure what to get, I spoke to Tsepo. Tsepo, I came up with the items my Grandson loved. Thank you Tsepo.

Went in with my husband so he could get a few things and the store was neat and clean. While walking around saw a Fossil smartwatch that I liked. Was iffy cause I left my phone in the car and couldn't do my comparison shopping look up. However, after asking a lady sales representative was confident in purchasing it (not saying what she did but it was about the same price in neighboring stores 😁). I wish I got her name cause she was nice and helpful. Plus, on the the questions she wasn't sure about she went and got the answers for me. I'm so thankful she was the person who helped me cause I would have walked away without it.

Went in for a screen protector for my S10+, and the service was amazing. They had a new screen protector on for me and I was out the door in less than 15 minutes. Best of all, if it every scratches or fails, I can just bring it back in and they'll slap on a new one!

I have never in my 41 years of life felt like I was royalty. I mean this guy had me feeling like I was his boss or something. That is how everyone should feel when dealing with something that you spent your hard earned money on.. I highly recommend this Best Buy over all. Thank you for your services 🙏🏽

My aunt purchased me an early Xmas present. So, I tested the curbside service for the 1st time on this visit for pick up. I was met with excellent!, smiling positive employee attitude, and just great energy! Even scored a treat bag! Thanks Best Buy!

Maria at checkout rocked 2 terminals ans 2 languages to speed up the line! Going above to make it a better experience. TJ @ Geek Squad was great as well. So patient with the woman ahead of me in line. Then got my equipment checked in quickly. All on a Saturday! Thank you both
