This store is being ran to perfection! my order was on point, staff were great, and it did not take forever to receive my chai tea. Highly recommended location!

Dropped in to pick up a coffee on my way to a conference and was greeted by one of the most pleasant people. J.J. Is an amazing asset to this location. Everyone was greeted with a happy upbeat greeting. My coffee was delivered with a smile and a “how are you doing today”! When leaving a big “have a good one was conveyed”. It started my day off right with positive energy!

Amazing crew! JayJay especially is such a delight and made my friends and I feel very welcome! Even with the most complex orders ❤❤

Got coffee and egg bites this morning. Initially the drink had a mistake but Niya corrected it for me and was super nice about it! I saw great team work, the food and drink were great and the store was clean. I'll be back!

My first time going here took my grandson's didn't get anything to eat but my grandson wanted to try the pumpkin spice latte and he loved it My other grandson got a snack which was the chocolate covered pop-up I believe it has like cake or brownie inside he enjoyed it The line was not long three people was in front of me it went pretty fast and the cashier was very welcoming with great customer service!

Great location perfect for people watching. Food and drink quality is really high here. Staff is really friendly and they have plenty of seating. Location is really clean

National Harbor Starbucks. Safe area. Some parking. Within walking distance of area hotels. Clean. Friendly staff. Not too busy.

It’s Starbucks, what else do you need to say! Everyone has their choice when it comes to coffee and for those that, like Starbucks, you can always get the drink you like.
For me, it’s an iced Americano made with the blonde roast. The blonde roast is probably a coffee, and that will satisfy most coffee drinkers.

Service was quick! They were very busy each time I went while staying in National Harbor, but they had my Americano prepared quickly each time. Staff was friendly.

This location is my daily go-to for my daily hot chocolate. The team here always provides a great customer service experience.
Kudos to the entire team for pushing through the daily hourly rush periods.
Corporate really should consider opening another store within National Harbor to balance the high traffic throughout the day.

Dior and his team are outstanding. I have been in management and recruiting and Dior is an asset to this company. He pitched in to help without someone begging and constantly making sure his team and customers were good. If I had a store near I would have snatched him up.

Convenient location that was steps from the Westin. Friendly faces in the morning who got me my coffee and sandwich quickly. What more can you ask for? Great spot!

I love Starbucks who wherever its location is. Me and my husband visited the Starbucks And we're very pleased with their selection of food and merchandise and the staffs were so nice . I would recommend this Starbucks too ever

Starbucks is pretty much the same everywhere you go. The only difference is whether its busy or not....and some occational rude staff. This one was not busy and my colleague and I were served right away and while the guys who served us were neither rude nor friendly. They just seemed to exist. My colleague and I were literally the only two people in the store and when her drink was ready, the guy didn't put it on the counter like usual. Instead, he placed it on top of a machine which gave the impression that he was still working on it and he didn't tell anyone that the beverage was ready and being served. I saw the cup and that he had stopped making drinks and was just standing there so I asked him if that was the drink, he nodded and then I reached over a bunch of things to get the cup off the top of the machine. A part of me feels really sad for him. His energy was super melancholic. I hope he finds his happiness soon.

When I went to visit my uncle out in the Virginia area in 2019 we stopped here to get my coffee ☕ & I just have to say they did a fabulous job getting it ready & out to me within 5-10 minutes not a minute longer I would definitely come back here again to get my coffee!!! ❤🙂

Very friendly staff and they're quick.
Nice location with large windows to enjoy the view. They have two restrooms with the Vacant labeled locks on them so people aren't bothering with knocking while you relieve yourself 😊 Changing tables as well for your little ones 👶🏼🚼

The people who work here are absolute heroes. I went for coffee here several times over a long weekend event at the Gaylord. It was always packed, but I was amazed at how quickly they moved the line, how good my coffee was every time, how accurate they got all the orders, and that they still accomplished it with poise and friendliness.
