Shake Shack National Harbor

Wow this place ALWAYS hits the spot! The food was absolutely delicious and we love the energy and atmosphere of the place when you go into National Harbor. It is super easy to place an order with their touch screen ordering and they put together the food super quick!

We also got a cookies and cream shakes which are delicious because they have little bits of Oreo cookies in it and you get little chunks of it when you’re sipping on it!

Oh and try the cheddar bacon fries! They are really good!

10/10 for the quality of food, the overall appearance of the restaurant and the friendly staff!

My husband and I had a sweet tooth and went to Shake Shack for their limited time special Trolls milkshake. I got the “Poppy’s sugar cookie” shake. It was so good but very sweet. It was creamy and thick shake with a cookie flavor but what made it amazing was it was topped with cotton candy. Yessss!!!! I will say worth a try 💜

Quick late dinner snack. The order was prepared quickly and definitely satisfied. The fries were hot, crispy, seasoned well and fluffy on the inside. They lived up to their guarantee. Will come back, will recommend. Thanks dudes

I’m currently sitting here having lunch and the crew is amazing from the moment I walked in to the end. Shack, who came by my table periodically was awesome! Very personable and sweet! You definitely have a great one on your team. We’re quick to leave bad reviews when the experience isn’t the best but not as quick with the good reviews but this experience was great and needed to be appreciated out loud! My life is complete because I finally got some shake shack. Definitely a must have if you’re Canadian because you know we can’t get it there! Plus their fries are the bomb!

A little pricey, especially for 2 small tacos

Best hamburgers ever. The patty's were really well cooked and the fries were delicious! 10/10 recommend for people who haven’t eaten here.

Easy in and out. Short line. Food prepared by order. There’s no need to worry about getting food that’s been locked and laying around under a heat lamp. You won’t get that here. Burgers are cooked medium. Hot dogs are grilled. The blood orange lemonade is bitter. If you prefer it to be sweetened, then get the regular lemonade. Lemonade is prepared fresh daily. I’d recommend.

Such yummy food! There aren’t a lot of them in the DMV area so it’s so worth the drive because their burgers are the best! Nice and juicy. However, it’s always so busy so expect to wait a while for your food. They can tone down the salt on the fries a bit but that’s just my preference.

Gotta love a shake shack after having fun in the casino. Perfect way to snack before heading home if you’re tired and don’t want a sit down meal.

I really enjoyed my visit. Customer service is important. This shift had it down to the smallest of details; the cashier spelled my name correctly. Trust me...it is a problem.

When my name was called I said, "I'm coming." The staff member said with a smile, "I will come to you". That is such a personal touch.

I have been to locations in Vegas and D.C. where my family had to pick up our food. The MGM restaurant was busy, but I did not feel like "just another diner" at this location. I felt valued.

This was my first experience at a Shake Shack and it was a great one, other than the $28 price tag for a burger, fries, lemonade and hotdog. I would eat again if someone else is paying lol, great food.

Stopped in to have a burger with family. The spicy burger was really good. A tad on the expensive side.

LoL... this was simply so good. I had just left "Ginger" here at the MGM, that's was horrible!
IDK.. but I came up to order, lady was so nice! LoL, food was just so good... I'm speechless I enjoyed a chicken sandwich.

Great customer service all staff was wonderful and a joy to experience. Even tho I arrived late 10:50 PM they still put my order in and took care of me. Even suggesting things from the new menu. Cashier was the best I've ever encountered...!

The people working here are very friendly and the food arrives quickly even though they are always busy.

The place was clean and very welcoming when we entered. We took awhile looking at the menu but they never made it awkward or pressured us. Quintin took our order and he was amazing! Will definitely be back again, highly recommend if you get hungry while playing at the casino.

Dayvon was so helpful & polite to myself and my daughter. He deserves a promotion!
