Best gym in area hands down. They are always wiping things down and deep cleaning equipment. Staff are the best, always make you feel good to be there. Equipment also is excellent they have Hammer Strength ,Flex Fitness, Nautilus, and Matrix. Highly recommend.

So far, so good. Just please don't raise the membership monthly fees for the ones grandfathered in because the people on fixed incomes don't get adequate cost of living increases. Unless you give financial help like the YMCA does?🤔 Do you?? Can your memberships be covered through our health insurance??

I always appreciate a clean gym and i always experience that at Xist! Another huge plus is that they have a staff that cares & make you feel welcome, even if you aren't a regular!

I have been going to Xist for at least 10 years now and could not recommend them more! The new manager at the Concord location is awesome and knowledgeable. The staff has always been and still is so friendly and helpful!

The facility is clean, the staff is friendly, and the equipment is very good. Plus, it's pretty inexpensive for what they offer. It's cheaper than a Netflix subscription, and it's way more fun. Overall, this place rocks!

Great place to workout I’ve never done a group workout until now and I love it. The staff is amazing and is always there to help you reach your goals.

This is the absolute best gym ever. The staff is always helpful and polite, the facility is always clean, the air conditioning is optimal, there are a wide variety of machines which are always maintained, and the staff is encouraging, never judgemental. Patrick (owner) and his staff are always happy to see you and are some of the nicest people around.

This is, without a doubt, the best gym you will ever attend. I plan on moving out of town soon, and still will take a 20 drive just to come here because it's that good.

Alex has been such an amazing inspiration and motivates anyone who walks through the doors, every personal trainer I’ve met is awesome and has your best interest in mind, there’s always a smiling welcoming face right when you walk in the doors. Highly recommend this location :)

Awesome gym with very friendly staff. We had a membership at this location for around one year before moving. I wouldn’t recommend any other gym in the area. It’s $20 a month if you’d like to tan, workout, and you get to bring one friend in. $10 is if you just want to use the machines for working out, no tan, & no friend can come.

Happy people work here. Seriously. The ENTIRE staff here seems genuinely happy to see you each and every time you walk through the doors, you're greeted hello every time, you're bid farewell every time. The gym is clean and well maintained INCLUDING the locker rooms, they keep a great positive vibe in the place. I absolutely love this place!

Awesome place to work out! The staff is very very friendly and helpful. The people that go there are extremely friendly and do not judge! Shocking! I know! But, if you like to take your mind off of exercising, watch a movie in the theater there while biking, walking, stretching, or even climbing the elliptical.

Great gym! Great price! One of the cleanest gyms I've ever seen. More than enough equipment and room. Has a cardio cinema to do cardio as you watch the movie of the day. Offers Hydro massage and tanning. P.S. The staff is the best.

Very reasonable rates for membership that includes unlimited use of the gym, tanning, red light therapy and hydromassage. Staff is always friendly and facilities are always clean. Can't really ask for much more than that.

Gotta say, this gym you can't beat the price. The only minor thing is, they should have 24hr access! They have it now but its 3 days a week, or atleast longer hours on weekends.. over all its a good gym for the price..

LISTEN...this place is a nice place to be..only 1 thing REMEMBER. You must notify them if you change payment method--they don't send you mail bills...if you don't pay and you don't tell them you changed cards or banks..they may send you to collections after months go by...The price is low--have to cut costs somewhere. But the place itself--no problem.

I've just graduated from Mizzou and worked and the Student Rec Facility there for 3 years (which was voted be best college rec facility in the nation by ESPN) and I can honestly say I enjoy Xist Fit more than the Mizzou Rec Center. The staff is great, they are always finding new and better ways to serve their customers, and the equipment is every bit as good as Mizzou's top of the line stuff. If you're on the fence about what gym you would like to join, at least give them a look and I promise you won't be disappointed. They are starting to expand and add locations throughout St. Louis and it's easy to see why with the way they serve their clients each and every day.
