These people are shady af and will not help you at all. You’ll be calling for WEEKS before you ever get an answer then more weeks for the next reply. I literally always wondered what the “employees” do all day because they don’t answer phone calls or emails and I would literally call and email every single day multiple times a day. Then ended up losing my housing because they’re too stupid to see when a landlord is lying/manipulating them..that or they just want to stop paying. Melissa Sandy is the worst of them all!! she never answers emails, calls or anything. I was calling her every day for months and would get no answer. She either needs to step up TREMENDOUSLY or be replaced bc it’s ridiculous how little she does. And I know it’s little because she everyone I talked to had the same trouble getting a hold of her even tho it’s her literal job lol. I’d pay so much money to see what she and the other “caseworkers” actually do all day bc the way they never answer calls or emails it can’t be much lol but I bet they’re getting paid $$$ like they actually do what they’re supposed to

Neither Saint Mary or Calvert help me,It's like you have to have kids or a mental problem.I m on disability and work all my life and never got no service from them.I have seen alcoholic get chosen and loose it in a month due to they abuse it by turning it into a club or bar. I knew people lose they apartment just to be reconsider and give a second chance.So what can I do beside wonder why can't I get the same service.
