They were working with the listing agent behind the scenes to close the deal. Details that the seller would not bend on they took care of such as bringing an electrical issue up to code and radon remediation. We did not know this until after closing, because they just handled it smoothly.
They worked tirelessly, was always available day and night, checked in on us to see if we had questions, and even after closing wanted to make sure things were well.
