The manager was awesome! Service was great! The service people were great! I had a great conversation with one of them during our transaction. It was a very pleasant!! I highly recommend shopping with them!! My husband is currently sleeping and snoring in the recliner we bought today! Lol Thank you Janesville Comfort Shoppe!!!

We initially walked in thinking we wouldn't find what we wanted... we were so wrong! We were lucky to work with Barb who not only explained details about the pieces we looked at, but helped us feel comfortable with the pricing. Other shops in town had delivery fees on top of delivery being weeks out, but Comfort Shoppe was able to get them delivered the next business day (we were in on a Saturday). We love our purchases!

The delivery team was also great. We have a difficult area leading upstairs and they made it happen.

I just had a reclining sofa and loveseat delivered on Monday that I purchased Saturday. The price was very fair and the sales person, Angela, was very helpful and knowledgeable. I want to make sure that Devonte and Brandon, the delivery crew, get the props they deserve. They were awesome! They didn't rush and were absolutely professional and went above and beyond any expectations I may have had. The delivery was free even though I live in Rockford. I strongly recommend to anyone else in this area to take the trip up north. It's a family owned business they will treat you with respect and definitely give you a great deal.

This was my first time buying new furniture and I have to say, I will be a customer for life. We picked out what we wanted on Saturday and it's now sitting beautifully in our living room, just 5 days later. 5/5 ⭐ for customer service, Topher was not pushy or aggressive, but helpful and knowledgeable. 5/5 ⭐ for quality, the sofa and love seat we purchased are gorgeous and seem super durable so far. They are also made in America, which I am very happy about. 5/5 ⭐ for prices. All of their furniture seemed to be fairly priced and competitive with the other furniture stores in town. The pieces we bought were reasonable and the delivery was free of charge (brilliant, considering we are ~30 minutes away). 5/5 ⭐ for speedy delivery and the friendly & incredibly careful, conscious young men who unloaded and set up. I also want to note that when I called to thank them for their quality service the owner himself answered...I just love that. I'm so happy we decided on The Comfort Shoppe over a big-box chain store. I highly recommend these folks! They blew the competition out of the water!!

I purchased a new bedroom set with mattress and I'm very happy. Working with Barb the owner and the other people at the store was wonderful. The Customer Service was great as well as the bedroom set and mattress I purchased. The delivery guys who setup the bed and took the old mattress away were very personable and nice. Great customer service, great product and delivery went smooth. I will definitely purchase from them again in the future.

Best place to get furniture. Got my living room set there a year and a half ago, still in amazing condition. The lady that helped us was absolutely wonderful. Nothing compairs to quality and price, Ashley had a very poor selection, lots of stuff but everything was ugly/there was nothing I was in love with, for three times the price

Again, another great experience at the Janesville Comfort Shoppe. I can't get furniture from anywhere else.

Our first experience, was amazing. We have a family of 5, regular guests, and cats and a dog, we had picked furniture that we probably shouldn't have - it's mostly white. IT STILL LOOKS AMAZING! This living room set is absolutely amazing. We've had it 4 years and it's going strong. I bought a couch from sykers in town in 2017 or 18 and it was dead in a year for the price of TWO of the pieces I got in this 5 piece living room set. It's great.

Today, we went in (2023) to get a big girl bed for our daughter, the ladies in there are so nice. We originally bought a cheap bed online, because we thought she'd only be in it for a little while and then upgrade to a queen. I wont shop anywhere else for furniture, it's not worth it. It was a super simple process. We were able to go in, purchase, and go pick up from the warehouse SAME DAY. I love this store. I don't know what I would do without it. I wish I could give it 10 5 star ratings.

Was so glad they gave my daughter a great deal and so nice that they offer free delivery in Janesville. Will help her out a great deal!
Great service for sure

I think this is a great store. I bought a high quality apartment sofa from Best Craft manufacturing made here in Wisconsin. It is an awesome sofa for my office, is modern, and well made. I saw one this shops sofas at a relatives, and I made the drive to Janesville just to check them out. They were fantastic at getting me just what I wanted. I got great service, a good solid product, a nice looking sofa they even had in stock, just two days waiting, good delivery, all in all we had a good experience. And the price for American made was just a tad more than those internet sofa sellers which when I tried one was a joke. Best Craft and this store in particular beat the internet and the Madison merchants by a wide margin.

We bought an entire living room outfit from Corey at the Comfort Shop on Center Ave in Janesville. We had gone to 3 other furniture stores, he was much lower in pricing for exact same furniture at other stores. Corey let us shop at our own pace and wasn't a pushy salesman. I'll be buying all my furniture from this Comfort Shop.

Corey at the South store is genuinely the best sales person ever! He is not at all pushy and allows the customer to shop at their own place while answering questions as needed. He goes above and beyond for customers. He is HIGHLY recommended.

This place is awesome! No vulturistic sales attempts. They asked the right questions and did their best to help. While they didn't have the furniture that we wanted on display, we were able to find it at another store and Comfort Shoppe was able to order exactly what we wanted, get it to us faster, and at a better price. (No delivery charges!!!!!)

It was a GREAT local experience! We moved here 2 years ago from Green Bay (After 30 years) and had some expectations that some local shops just do not have. This groups knows what it takes to be a long time Family owned company that understands what it takes to survive. We recieved our products within 24 hours. OMG: Great Job; Thank you. We have bought a couple different pieces of furniture here and we've always had a great experience. Super friendly and love that they deliver! When we need furniture we always check here first.

Great prices, attentive, but not overbearing sales staff, the owner was very sweet & accommodating. Free delivery. Best in Janesville. Topher was a top notch salesman! I highly recommend them.

We purchased a couch there and were extremely impressed with the service and how friendly everyone was. We did get free delivery to Delavan (from Janesville) and never had an issue. I see the negative comments, but that doesn't reflect our experience one bit!

Little pricey on some items but they are always willing to work with you. Most of my furniture is from here. Good quality, delivery services, great selection.
