U-Haul Storage at S Campbell

I had an issue with something at another location, the other location just told me the only thing I can do is call the customer service line, the customer service line said they could only email the district manager or go talk to the manager at this location. Tammy actually took the time to look at what the issue was, saw that it was in fact an issue and helped resolve it. Despite how busy she was. Tammy did a fantastic job helping me.

I went to refill my propane tank, short wait, and didn't have to go inside to pay.
Will gladly visit again.

They went above and beyond to help me out with my move.
I had rented a dolly through through the general phone line and when I got to my location on the day of the move, they had none available and we really needed it.
Zachary the store manager is the best! He fixed the situation and which made my move so easy!! Thank you!!! Definitely recommend the South Campbell location if you are needing help with your move.

Customer service. . .anagement . Lady that walks around checking traffic across the streef..is so nice. Glad she pays attention. Keeps me feel I no more secure n was glad to have met her. Josh is such a cair person. I have to say I will be there for atleast another year

Wow!! What a great looking U-Haul Storage location.

Been using this Uhaul alot and the service is great. I had a flat on the trailer and ran the tire off the rim. They took care of the flat and didn't charge me anything for being an hour late.

Always helpful, and always has the equpiment we need on hand. I appreciate the staff there. Thanks
