How I love small, local bookstores...and The Webster Groves Bookshop is an example of a lovely one. The owner was so helpful as I shopped for books that might please an eight-year-old second grader. One of my selections had to be ordered and it came in just as promised. I will be visiting again.

So super cute. Not huge, but there is a severed door in the wall and a park bench for perusing before buying. They pulled a baby book for me and described it over the phone very accurately. They kindly held it for me until I could make it over to check it out. Now we have a beautiful baby momento keeper from a local shop.

Adorable shop and incredibly helpful staff. We always look forward to going and supporting this Webster Groves staple.

This is a great independent bookstore in the heart of Webster Groves. Since they don't have a website, here are the hours to help you: Tues-Fri 10-6; Sat 10-5; Closed Sun. and Mon.

Great small independent book shop

Went in to support small business but the customer service was severely lacking and made us feel like an inconvenience.

If you, as a shop owner, want your customers to wear masks while shopping, then post a sign to that effect.
