I used 4 printing/embroidery companies prior to these guys and none compare. Pricing, quality, service, all top notch and I have super high standards. Highly recommend.

Had a wonderful experience with Embroider the Occasion. I bought white Untuckit button down shirts for my wedding (getting ready outfits) and had everyone’s initials monogrammed on them for my wedding party - they turned out great! Very reasonably priced, done quickly and friendly service! Highly recommend them :)

My work has used this company for year's and they always deliver exceptional work! I emailed them with a very last minute request for my boss, who's going on a trip with a terminal friend, to get some hats done for him and his friend on their trip, and they delivered - even earlier than the timeframe expected. In truly grateful for the work they've done for us over the years and even more grateful for the extra last minute help. I would absolutley recommend them to anybody - they're the best!!

The staff is amazing! They are all so sweet and professional. I was there this week with my 5 year old son and the person who helped us included him in making decisions! She was amazing and every single order I place turns out beautiful! Would recommend for any occasion!

The staff is sweet. Their prices seem reasonable. About a 1 week turnaround. They sell a ton of products you can personalize, but you can also bring in anything you want and they will take care of it for you. That's so nice that they don't force you to purchase their items. Highly recommend!

Absolutely outstanding service! They initially told me my order would be ready early the next week (perfectly reasonable). When I mentioned that I could really use the shirts that weekend, I got a smile and the old "let me see what I can do". Got a call at 8am the next day saying my order was ready. The work was very nicely done and you won't get service better than that anywhere.

This place is amazing! I'm a procrastinator and they always are able to accommodate my needs. They are always so eager to help and make suggestions to make my purchase so much better. I go here first for all my personalized gifts! They have a old dog that hangs out in the store...what's not to like about a small business with an old dog laying under the table?!?!? Would recommend!

I had an extremely custom design request for them, and they fulfilled it quickly and with beautiful results! Keli was so helpful and responsive to my emails and created a beautiful design. Would absolutely use them again if I had another similar need.

I am not one to do reviews but is about time I do one for embroider the occasion. I have been going there for years. The service is outstanding. Everyone is beyond helpful. I have NEVER left the store without buying multiple things from baby to personal items It is my go to store for any & all gifts.

I was so happy with the work shirts that Embroider the Occasion made for Sant Automotive that I doubled my order within a week. I love dealing with my fellow Webster Groves Chamber of Commerce members. These guys produce exceptional quality, and the price seemed pretty good, too.
