Zinger's Mart

When I went there the staff was very friendly and based on the other reviews I’ve read I’m not sure what these people are on about I get gas every week there and have always gone in to get a beverage they’ve always been friendly some even strike up some conversation. Never have had an issue with the staff

Both employees were very nice, I had trouble at the pump one of them even came out to help would give 10/5 if I could. Definitely coming back.

As a past employee and now customer at this gas station I can say since the change of management I have notice a downhill change in the environment and tone of voice provided to the customers. I don't feel as welcomed.

I wish I could give this place 0 starts but 1 will be enough I guess. I went in there one night to grab some late night snack, came back to the car but it wouldn't start. I went back inside and talked to the female employee that was there and let them know i'm having car troubles and if I could just park there for the night until I come the next day to find out whats going on or to get it towed. I gave my number in case there were any issues just to be safe. I get there the next morning and the car is not in the parking spot so I go inside to ask what was going on. There was a male employee who told me that it was towed. Thank you to the wonderful staff at Zingers mart for costing me a $300 tow bill for their complete lack of communication and basic human decency. I would be ashamed to be a part of company like this.

This station does nothing to make sure the handicap is actually able to use the supposidly handicap ramp into the store or to be able to get into the restroom. There are soda boxes lining the walkway into the bathroom and my walker wouldn't fit so I had to lift it over the boxes. The handicap parking space has no ramp it's a curb. Then the center at the door which is a ramp has no visual no parking posted to make that available to enter. If I could rate this store a negative I would.

Just went in to purchase blu e cig trail kit, which there sign said a $1.00 but the guy said no it's not on sales it $32 well it's a manufacturer special I've been to 5 others places and they are a $1.00 and he was rude about it. So I was buying the pods for mine and again the sign said 8.99 and he charged me 13.00 I said the sign says 8.99 he says well we charge $13.00 I know he was suppose to give me the price that it is marked but he was rude and I left, I come here all the time. I won't be anymore. Rude employees not doing there job and there prices are so much higher. They charge more than what the manufacturer requires.

I would give less if possible. Both employees were rude and made me feel unwelcome. I'll be taking my business to the gas station across the street next time I'm in this area.
