We found what we needed a great couch at a great price super pleased with our purchase Fast Friendly and Best Deal we could find after hunting at 8 different locations

We ended up buying a sectional and recliner here after shopping at several different stores in the area. The owner was so friendly and helpful. We were probably in and out within 30 minutes and the set is soo comfortable, not to mention affordable. Plus, it was delivered the very next day! There even a minor issue with one cushion when it was delivered (through no fault of the store owner) and he still replaced the cushion the very next day. I would highly recommend a Home Xpressions to anyone needing furniture!

The staff was very kind and helpful, everything was affordably priced, and we got our new couch and rug delivered two days after purchasing. That's pretty awesome considering most furniture stores are out of stock and back ordered; the manager told us that he purposely shows on the floor only things that he has in stock. Also, there was a mix up and part of our order wasn't on the delivery truck, and he personally took care of it on the same day. Very happy customer!

Gino and his son were amazing! Made the process easy, they were absolutely beyond helpful with my big purchase! Delivery was fast (ordered on Friday and got it that Monday), the guys that delivered were great! Customer service is EXCELLENT. The owner and his son were very nice and helpful. I got a GREAT deal on my double chaise sofa and wall mirror. It was was delivered very quick.I made my purchased on Monday and received my sofa and mirror on Thursday. The delivery people were EXCELLENT as well. Thank you for a GREAT experience. I will most definitely buy from you all again and will be recommending you to my friends and family.

I could not recommend this place more. Sam was an unbelievable salesman, professional and extremely helpful. After shopping around for weeks in hopes of finding things in stock and not 6-8 weeks out, he had everything in stock, and much of that was what was out of stock at other stores. The furniture is all from Ashley so you know what you are getting and I was even able to use the financing option that Ashley provides. Again, Sam was an awesome guy and helped us get exactly what we wanted in two days.

This is the place to go for stress-free, great finds, affordable prices, & top notch customer service. The location is great and not difficult to find, the products are luxurious and the prices are out of the park affordable. Just walked out of the store an hour ago and had to write a review to share that this is first option for all furniture finds to go to. The men there are very kind and cared to make sure me and my mom knew where to go for what we were looking for and they made it their priority to check other options to make sure they were accessible if they were not in stock on certain things (most of which they had in stock). When you give this place a chance, you'll never doubt your decision. 5 STARS!

The owner of this store was so incredibly patient and nice today. We came in an hour before closing and had been shopping ALL DAY looking for a desk for my daughter. It was the only place that we could take it home same day and the price was awesome. This store had EVERYTHING and there was a huge selection. Thanks so much Gino for your patience with 2 crazy girls that really wanted a desk today. You were awesome

I knew what I wanted when I walked in due to their website, but that didn't mean they weren't as helpful. They were very honest and informative. They have a great selection on furniture, awesome prices not just on furniture but delivery as well. They were complimentary and had a warm disposition that made us feel welcome. We are extremely happy with our sectional but the service as well.

Can't say enough good things about Home Xpressions! After visiting approximately 8 other furniture stores and not really finding what I was looking for I landed at Home Xpressions. What a friendly, accommodating owner Gino is. He went out of his way to make me happy. He is more than eager to show you other options in catalogs if he doesn't have it in stock. Gino makes sure he's giving you the best quality at the lowest price. Gino is there to earn your business. He's earned mine. Gave me a terrific deal on a leather sofa, loveseat and tables for my basement. Will be back for the game table we talked about. Even more I received free delivery, was promised item in two weeks and that's exactly what I got. So shop around like I did and then go to Home Xpressions and purchase your furniture.

We were in the neighborhood and went in to Home Xpressions just to browse, we ended up purchasing a couch, love seat and a kitchen cart, THAT night they delivered my couch and kitchen cart, and I was promised that my love seat would be delivered in 2 weeks, and they kept their promise. I received my love seat in the time frame! It is JAN 2021 I'm still waiting on furniture from Slumberland that I purchased LABOR DAY weekend 2020, it has been a complete joke dealing with them! I wish I would have came here first for all my furniture needs. Gino is so awesome, if you need furniture, go here! You will not be disappointed! We will definitely be back!

Gino was able to get me the couch I had my eyes on for my new place! Let me tell you my story; I ordered with Ashley home store back in June 2020 and scheduled a delivery 2.5 months later. 11 days before the scheduled delivery they called and said my couch would not be delivered for 2-3 months later then what was discussed several times and honestly couldn’t guarantee I would get with the year. I then found Gino and he was able to get me the same exact couch 10 days after I ordered it, on the same date I scheduled with Ashley. I’ve never felt more cared for and I will always recommend this store over any other store. Great consumer service and friendly staff!!!

We have been furniture shopping for a while now. As you know given the pandemic everyone is out of stock with up to 6 months on shipping. We found this gem in Crestwood and literally had EVERYTHING in stock that we were looking for. The owner showed us new items that we may like via the touchscreen stand in the front. He was so personable, honest and very knowledgeable. We were able to leave with our furniture SAME DAY. Best experience furniture shopping we’ve had. Highly recommend this pace. We will most definitely be back!

Although I was unable to find exactly what I was searching for, I had a great time looking around the show room and the employee was extremely helpful when I had questions. There’s a nice selection of a wide variety of couches and tables! Prices seem in line with other value stores. I would come back for my next furniture need.

One of the best furniture shopping experiences I’ve ever had. Gino hooked us up with a great deal on new living room furniture. Actually beat Ashley’s sale price on their own furniture! I made a 2-1/2 hour drive to make this purchase from HomeXpressions, and won’t hesitate to do it again when it’s time for our new dining room furniture.

I highly recommend choosing this amazing store!!! I have spent the last two months searching everywhere for a new couch, and everywhere either did not have the quality to withstand animals and everyday use or wouldn’t be available until the end of the year. I had just seen information about the grand opening, so I checked out the website to see if they would have what I wanted. I sent a FB message, received a reply right away, then called and spoke with the owner to discuss what was available. He listened to my needs and invited me to the store to see the selections.
I went to the store right away and was immediately taken care of and shown what we discussed. The showroom was huge and set up to make it easy to navigate. Within 15 minutes, I was able to purchase and walk out of the store with exactly what I wanted, because it was IN STOCK and I could pick it up ASAP.
With as crazy as times are now, having such an incredible level of customer service, along with quality products is hard to find. However, this experience was exactly what I needed and I will be going back for my next purchase before any other store.
