Called and explained my electrical issue -- no power to some outlets but no circuit breakers tripped. Their person walked me through a few simple checks to try before scheduling a service call. It worked and no charge. Thanks much!

Grant is an absolute legend. He made the experience so easy and figured out a complicated problem. I will be using CSE (and requesting Grant) anytime I have an electrical issue.

I mad experiences with Eric (Fan, outlet) and Grant (generator repair) and was very pleased with their work. The costs were reasonable. The customer satisfaction seems to be a priority for this company which I can only recommend.

I actually worked for this company for years. Since then I’ve started my own general contracting company. And I still choose to use them for all my electrical needs. Their customer support is always fantastic, and their technicians that show up to do the work are always very professional and courteous. They will always be my electrician of choice, and I highly recommend them!

Grant is great. He was able to make it out to me on short notice and fix an outlet that needed to be changed. Very knowledgeable and respectful. I’m having some more work done through CSE in the near future. Highly recommended.

Grant was awesome! I had alot of issues in my house and he got everything back up and going quick! Good people! They also installed a generator for emergency back ups! These guys are great!

On the hottest day of the year, the main breaker in our load center failed. Guy and Grant were very responsive, professional and knowledgeable. They solved our problem quickly and efficiently. They were on the phone with me, checking in, pulled an electrician off another job (that wasn't really ready for him) and came out to fix my main breaker. I had no power and they got me going the same day. Carol, took my calls and was committed to getting someone out here as quickly as possible. Guy (supervisor/master electrician) worked with me over the phone, having me send pictures to make sure the diagnosis was correct. Eric, the person who came out, was courteous, professional, direct, and tidy and explained it all to me as well as things to look out for going forward. I definitely recommend them!

CSE Electric is truly the most professional and knowledgeable electric company in west county. This is the second time we used them at our house. These guys are very helpful and courteous. My dishwasher failed and the technician on phone walked me through resetting the panel breaker (I moved into this house recently and I didn't know I had two main panels, in different locations of the house!). Saved me $ by not doing a site visit.
