Hard to rate an insurance agent until you actually have a claim, but so far my experience has been very good. Switching to Dan Fowler from another company and agency has been a refreshing experience. We've been with American Family for over 20 years. Recently Dan Fowler took over our account. His staff is by far the best I've dealt with. I've talked to several of them, but mostly have dealt with Tracy. She always responds quickly and with detailed information. I have had to ask her a lot of questions -- my husband bought an additional car, we added our daughter to our account (who then had an accident) and well, it was a crazy time. Tracy made dealing with it all easy and took a lot of my stress away. Very very pleased.

I recently needed body work done on my care. The staff at Dan Fowlers office is always so helpful and gave me the phone numbers and the information I needed to get the work done. I made the calls and then set up the appointment with the body shop. When I took my car in there were 3 other people there for their appointments. All three had problems leaving their cars for repairs because their insurance companies hadn't forwarded the information, two of them left very angry. When they got to mine, the technician walked out to my car, took pictures and I was on my way. I have had all my insurance needs with Dan's office for many years.
