I was getting a new phone and website would not allow it to go thru. Brandon, Manger made a number of calls to their help line to get this fix. The thing is that Brandon did everything and work hard to get taken care of.
He is a great manager.

Went in to start service. Aldin the assistant manager was very helpful and knowledgeable. He got me a great deal for me and my family and I would definitely recommend him!

Edwin and Amer were very helpful and made it very clear on upgrading my new phones on what will be put on the bill and what will be done at the store. They made it very easy and simple to switching to some new phones! They got us some great deal I would definitely recommend coming to see these two guys if you plan on getting new phones !

I thought I was being efficient by ordering 3 new iPhone12-mini's over the telephone at 800 SPRINT. BIG MISTAKE!!! After receiving the phones the very next day I was quite surprised and happy with the quick delivery. Then after investing 8 1/2 hours on the phone with these A$$ clowns over the next 3 days and my issues were still unresolved, I drove to the T-Mobile store at 5632b Telegraph where I was immediately greeted by Edwin and Eric. Within 15 minutes these two gentlemen resolved all issues on my phone. I can't say enough about how polite, knowledgeable and efficient these guys are. Edwin also helped direct me away from a more expensive phone case and screensaver I had picked out to more durable and less expensive ones. These guys are GREAT!! The store is very neat, well stocked and orderly. Highly recommend this store!

To the girl working on Friday 11/2/2022 around 11am give that girl a raise! Had so many laughs with her and amazing conversation! Very friendly girl! Instantly got my sale with her personality !

Talk about excellent service. Eric and his staff took great care of me. They made sure my phone was working and operating before I left. The staff is very personable and it feels like you are talking to old friends. I definitely recommend this store.

I had a wonderful experience with Eric Badic at the T-Mobile off of Telegraph Rd. I went in needing to switch mobile carriers and decided to go with T-Mobile. Eric was very knowledgeable and made the process of switching carriers simple and easy. Eric was friendly, professional and efficient. Went up to the Tmobile store to get my new phone and Endi and Kenan were working. They new exactly what needed to be done. They both are friendly and personable people. I like going up there because the whole staff if friendly and always knowledgeable of their job. Good job to Endi and Kenan. Thanks.

Eric and Kenan went above and beyond to help me with an issue. I originally went in to the store with a question regarding my bill. I walked out with a new phone on a Mother's Day promotion (thank you, Eric, I love the S21 5G!). I called customer service to discuss the issue with my bill and was told I couldn't make any changes to the bill for the length of the promotion for the new phone (2 years). When I couldn't reconcile the issue, I went back to the store for help. Kenan called customer service for me and had the unknown device line removed from my bill.

There's a reason I've been with T-Mobile for 18 years, and these 2 young men are part of it!

Excellent customer service, never will go to another location again. I drive half an hour to come to this store and work with the manager eric. He is a very knowledgeable and reputable guy, and made sure i had my issue resolved fast and properly. Highly recommend this gentleman over any other store/manager.

Edwin was very good with customer service, Edwin was very well with taking his time and exploring all of our deals. He was very understanding and made it very clear of what was being done and I will recommend this store very highly, Endi was also a great help !

This morning, in fortunately could not get my phone to work or turn on this morning and Eric and Logan worked their magic and got it up and running! They have been so pleasant and helpful with the new transition from Sprint to T Mobile. Best location, best employees!!

I accidentally reset my phone and lost all my data. In a panic I drove up to Ian at the Telegraph Store. He was absolutely WONDERFUL!!! He restored my phone, explained things I could do, and sent me on my way VERY happy. He is a wonderful person, knowledgeable tech and very pleasant.

I want to thank the experts at this particular TMobile location. I had some complications with the 1st A32 galaxy phone that I had ordered. It was very frustrating. When I went to pick up the new A32 the phone technician that was helping, suggested that I go to this particular Telegraph location. Both Logan and the manager, Eric, helped me. Eric was very patient and took a long time assisting me to make sure that I understood how to use my phone. I really appreciated the time and effort that this team of TMOBILE care experts took in helping meet my needs

Kenan made the upgrade process so smooth. He even suggested a new plan. A1 service. Thought about switching carriers because of the online process, but Kenan saved the day. Highly recommend this location.

Um so I spoke with Ben over the phone and his knowledge and friendliness was outstanding. Then I was greated by Dan and Megan (who spells her name correctly haha) and I was really blown away. Its been over a decade since I've been with a provider and that over the top you can tell their thirsty for commission attitude is part of the reason I stayed away. I told them what I was looking for in a phone what I wanted to spend and badda bing badda boom. Dan also asked his trainee to stay and observe him instead of just sending her away to do busy work which I was really impressed by such a young man with such great leadership skills. It over all was a great experience and I thought people should know that the sprint team in oakville definitely has your back.
