Great customer service every time I go...everyone is ready to assist the moment you walk in. Purchased some wood and my husband and I built some shutters...ready to sand and stain!!!

Store is well stocked it's in a very safe area located close to everything

Ms. Dollie helped me at the paint desk. She was so helpful and sweet! Even offered up a son for me to marry. Now THAT IS customer service ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 6 stars I can’t wait to need paint again!

Best customer service I’ve experienced in a while. Dorothy (normally in paint) helped us at the return counter, and helped us find a replacement lawn mower. She went above & beyond to help us, and we walked away with exactly what we came for. Would have never found it without her. Thank you Dorothy!

They had my black mulch on sale 3/$10. I got plenty. I also found some decorative bricks for my front yard. The young lady in the garden center was so sweet and nice. I will be going back so that I can finish up my yard.

A one stop shops for all of you home needs. Great customer service, especially in the flooring department. London greets you with a beautiful smile and she is very knowledgeable of her departments. She enjoys her job, and it shows thru the service she gives to each customer. Janice is also a wonderful employee; I purchased a Tuff Shed and she walk me thru the process of building the shed. She was very patience and knowledgeable of the product. Thanks, ladies, for make my shopping experience a great one.

Staff is vey helpful and they are not hard to find. Very nice people here. The store is always clean including the bathrooms. Large variety of products. I prefer going here as opposed to their main competitor.

I only needed a replacement lawn mower blade, but everyone was friendly, the store was clean, I found what I was looking for, and checkout was super easy. I checked out in Lumber and the cashier is an awesome employee and person. I highly recommend this Home Depot

I needed help purchasing a storm door and I couldn't find anyone in this department to help me. I went to another department and asked a young man named Lagaryll to call someone to come and assist me . He did this several times but no one came,so he took it upon himself to help me. He loaded the storm door on a cart and after I paid for it he took it to my truck and loaded it. He was very polite, respectful and helpful. It was his help and service that made my experience good.

Very nice staff, cashier wasn't pushy about the freaking warranties (except I actually wanted one this time, lol!) I do appreciate her being lovely and pleasant though! I usually go to LOWES but she made it worth my while......and the fan I purchased

I always enjoy my shopping experience at home depot. Even if some may not have the items sought, the associate will check other stores and locate what I am looking for. The associates are always friendly and helpful...I am a forever shopper!

They carry Milwaukee tools and that’s reason enough for me to do all my home improvement shopping here.

Clean and easy to access. The store manager here and the staff are friendly and help you as much as possible. They even went out of the way to make sure I received the best price.

Other than that, it's just the old Home Depot that you'd expect anywhere else.

I come here all the time to buy stuff for work and for my home. The employees are extremely nice. If you really need help ask for Rodney. He always goes above and beyond and is always in good spirits.

This place was very good.they has very good prices on stuff.i wanted a rug.so they went out of they way to get it for me.they has the handicap riding cart for my brother because he needs it.then they talked to me & asked about my family because my dad had a account there & knew him before he died.loved this place & would tell everybody else to go here.

Trip was to pick up pegboard hooks. Found a better variety here than Lowe's. While there, I picked up flooring as well. Employees were friendly and helpful.

Madison sales force is above the rest in the HD chain. They care about the customer and work to get answers and information. All that we encountered were great, but specifically Brittany, is stellar.

The guy I spoke to about the garage door opener was very familiar with it and extremely helpful, he let me know things that would and wouldn't be in the box, installing it was well not that fun lol, but with his help I got one that had everything I needed to finish the job!
