I recently had some dental work done by another office that I was unhappy with, so I called to schedule an appointment to fix it and they got me in the next morning. Dr. Lewis went above and beyond to fix my teeth and ensure I was happy with the result! Will definitely be going back to her in the future, and have already recommended this office to friends and family!

The staff were very kind and knowledgeable. They made me feel really comfortable and treated me like family. After my first visit, this is my forever dental home. I’ve never had a more thorough, gentle cleaning. I’m so grateful for all the staff at The Winning Smile.

This was my first time at The Winning Smile in Madison or any Winning Smile Dentist. The staff from phone calls getting me into their office for the earliest appointment they had with my Doctor, Dr. Michael Carter, to coming in and leaving was amazing. The staff were friendly and made me feel very welcomed. Kaitlyn, the Dental Assistant was beyond awesome. We talked the entire time I was there until the Dr. Carter came into the room. She did an amazing job helping and made me feel very comfortable. Thanks for making my first experience AMAZING!

The Winning Smile was a great experience. The staff were very kind and helpful. Dr. Carter is remarkable. He made me feel like I was the only client in the building. They not only did a consultation but completed my most wanted procedure. Also gave me hope on other procedures that I would like to have done.

My first visit to TWS in Madison (I’m usually a Brandon patient). Dr. Lewis and the staff were so helpful, professional and pleasant (just like the Brandon staff😀) Dr. Lewis and staff have been wonderful the last 2 years as I have needed braces, a crown and two bridges for these ‘old’ teeth of mine. I’m so very happy with this group!

All the ladies were so kind and professional. Alexis and Stacey were awesome. I cannot thank them enough for making me feel welcome and comfortable. Dr. Lewis was wonderful! So thankful I chose to visit them!

Hygienist did a good job cleaning teeth and explaining what I should do better when brushing. Dr Lewis after all is done. She makes sure everything is GREAT!!!!!

I absolutely ADORE Dr. Gary and Dr. Lewis! Both are just so personable and understanding about dental anxieties! Alexis Roland, my dental assistant, is simply precious and very gentle but takes care with following through with necessary uncomfortable procedures so she will have your teeth moving in the right direction with 6 month smiles! 😁 I just love the entire Madison team at The Winning Smiles! ❤

Dr. Carter and his tech were awesome! I am 32 now and have been seeing him since I was 10, never a single complaint. Also great humor (always helps during tooth work)!
