The best coffee in Madison!! Always awesome staff! It's just a great place to be. King Cake latte year round. Love in a styrofoam cup 😍 their banana nut muffins are great too!

Stopped in for an afternoon pick me up. I ordered the Gulf Shores/Sparkling. oh my goodness…. It was so refreshing! It tasted like a pina colada and a limeade married each other! Haha! Will definitely be ordering again!

Today was my first time at cups and I was running late this morning. The service was excellent and fast. The way the cashier and baristas greeted me started my day off wonderfully. They gave me cute stickers and complimented me and it truly made my day. I wish I would’ve had time to sit down and enjoy my coffee there. I’ll definitely be back soon.

These people are the sweetest human beings. ❤ We always prefer to drink local and this place is in our top three in Madison County. Even if they didn't sell coffee, we'd still love coming here.

Got a Bee Sting latte this morning with the lavender cold foam and it is quite possibly the best cup of coffee I've ever had.. always the sweetest people working here, just wanted you to know that you've made my day! 💖☺

Wonderful coffee spot in Madison- they always have good specials, and their espresso-based drinks are amazing.

My go-to here is the 'Spanish Breve Latte' - it's a latte made with half and half and sweetened condensed milk. Try it, you will not regret it. This place always delivers delicious coffee.

First time at this location,Drexston had excellent customer service,very creative ,The other employee was very friendly too,I came thru the drive thru.P.S. The white chocolate added to my eggnog latte was divine and the brown sugar on top,Very creative 😋 😍 I Loved It! .I Shall Return!!!Merry Christmas 🎄

Absolutely delicious soy Frappes! I’ve been here a couple times and the service is always excellent...friendly, helpful, and with a smile. There are yummy baked goodies here (cookies, brownies, & muffins), but no sandwiches like some of the “competition”.

Great coffee and service. They strictly require a mask inside. They weren't rude to any about it, but clear you had to have it on AND worn correctly. Most places the employee saying you need a mask has their's pulled down. This staff all had one on and had great Hygiene.

I love Cups so much! Never had a bad time here. Everyone is always very kind and the coffee is always great :)

I have been coming to cups daily for months now, ordering the same thing (peppermint mocha). I have never had better service at Chick-fil-A, or any other place like here at this cups. They are all nice, genuine, and just happy to see you. The manager has hired people who care about their job and it shows. All of their employees are amazing, and I haven’t encountered one bad employee. They all deserve praise and I highly recommend this place!

The lady that took my order was very joyful. All I knew this morning is that I wanted a loose leaf 🍃 tea. That says girl you got this!!!! Y'all they did exactly that. I love 💘 💗 ♥ it don't ask me what it is I just took the picture for I can show them

Local coffee shop with cozy atmosphere and THE BEST COFFEE! I buy the bags to bring home and they grind them to my liking. Love this coffee shop! Blondies are best!!

coffee was really sweet, so if you like it less sweet ask for half syrup. Friendly staff & clean environment. Highly recommend

This is one of my favorite coffee shops in the area . The Staff is always nice & welcoming ( on the inside or in the drivethru). The drinks & parfaits are always delicious. I enjoy coming here :)

This has to be the friendliest Cups anywhere. Drove through to get a hot tea and everyone was so polite and so nice! Highly recommend this Cups. It's Christmas time and most people are usually grouchy but these young women were not. 5 stars for sure!

Absolutely fantastic, just like every other Cups! Your order is never, ever wrong, and there's always a chill atmosphere in every location that's very unique to Cups. The restroom is very clean. It's cheaper than Starbucks and made with a lot more love. I will never tire of Cups! Local is always better!
