Room To Room Furniture

I ordered a new sectional on Labor Day weekend and it was delivered today. I am so so pleased with it. Sheila, the salesperson who helped me with this purchase, was very professional and thoughtful through the whole process, keeping me updated as to the manufacture and delivery. The 2 young guys who delivered were very professional and personable. They did a great job maneuvering my complicated winding staircase front steps and placing the new furniture. Sheila also helped with the pillow fabric and fabric I used to recover some older wingback chairs. I am thoroughly pleased with the entire process! Thank you Room to Room!

I was greeted with a pleasant smile and greeting. Shelia did an excellent job showing me the perfect furniture for my needs. Tommy also helped me as I had given Shelia the wrong name for my past representative. They were so professional and I felt they cared about my needs.

The sales staff are always so helpful. You are greeted as you enter the door. They give you the freedom to look, but are there when you need them without being pushy. The customer service staff are outstanding to help you should something arise after placing your order. These Godly women are phenomenal! I can't sing their praises enough. I have shopped their for numerous years and will always go back.

My visit to Room To Room was simply amazing!! I was greeted promptly and I asked for Sheila Miller. She was with another customer so I waited on her. With her expert guidance, I was able to make selections that will be delivered to my daughter’s apartment very soon. I was able to furnish the entire apartment from Room To Room and we're very excited. I’ve shopped there for almost 20 years now (preciously Hancock Furniture) and the professionalism it superior and out ranks any other furniture store. Lisa Hawkins is also so kind hearted as she greeted me personally and asked was I finding things okay while I waited for Shelia. They are all simply the best!!!!

Room to Room is an excellent place to purchase furniture and accessories. They even exchanged the chair I purchased when I discovered it was not comfortable for me. Miss Shelia was so kind and eager to help me find the chair that is right for me. Everyone is focused on their customer's needs.

This was our first visit to Room To Room, and the inventory and layout is fantastic! Everyone was very welcoming and helpful from the moment we walked in the door. We worked with Melissa, who went above and beyond to answer questions, make suggestions, and find solutions to problems. She's amazing! We will definitely be visiting Room To Room again for our home furnishing and decor needs!

Love using this company. Ask for Melissa when you shop here - she has helped me so much when picking out my furniture, and she always keeps me updated when my orders arrive in store! We've had some of our stuff delivered and those guys were awesome as well. They put everything exactly where we wanted it and put our dining table together with no issue. No complaints here!

Melissa went above and beyond to answer all my questions. She was responsive in a timely manner and often times even before the store opened. The one thing that stands out to me the most was she was willing to send me pictures of different options on her personal cell. She was also very professional!

I love all the selections Room to Room offers and will definitely will shop there again.

My husband and I visted for the first time and Mrs. Shelia Miller stole my heart. We were looking for a mattress and she went above and beyond not just to make a sale but to make sure we got the right mattress and it also fit our budget. Mrs. Shelia was friendly, knowledgeable and patient with us !! She allowed us the space to figure out what we wanted to do, we thank you!! Thank you Mrs. Lisa for the wonderful commercial that landed us in your store. We purchased a king Airloom mattress.

We love our new furniture so much! Melissa, the sales associate was very helpful and patient. The two young men who delivered our furniture were very courteous and professional. Choosing Room to Room was a great choice! They offer many great sales throughout the year and we happened to stop in during their annual “buy one get on half off” event. It was a total win!

Room To Room Furniture is my new FAVORITE furniture store. You can't possibly see everything in one visit. The place is huge and packed full of most every decorating style. The entire staff was friendly, knowledgeable of the inventory, and extremely helpful. We browsed through each of the three large buildings, without any high pressure sales tactics, unlike many other stores. Shelia, our sales associate, directed us to what we were shopping for, and she checked in with us, several times, to answer any questions we had. She allowed us the freedom to browse without being pushy or pressuring us to buy.
Here you'll find furniture and accessories for every room of your home, office, vacation home, cabin, beach house, or cottage. The choices are endless. We found very unique pieces, that we haven''t seen at other places, helping to make our new home unique and originally our own.

Since first visiting Room to Room last December, I’ve returned several times. I was helped by Shelia originally and most recently Amber has helped me in making choices for our new home. The store is located over an hour away from my home, but the service and selection at Room to Room is definitely worth driving the extra miles to get there. I’m more than pleased with the service and quality of my purchases.

Have now worked with Room to Room personnel on three different occasions for furniture purchases and delivery. From the sales team to the delivery scheduling folks, to the delivery drivers, the level of service provided has been top notch! So refreshing to be able to reach a friendly person by phone or text when assistance is needed. This company’s positive culture shines through its employees. And, the quality of their product is great too. Room to Room has earned my repeat business!

My husband and I are first time home owners, and were very unsure about the whole furniture buying process. However, Amber helped us get our ideas out freely and she made them into a reality! She was so sweet and helpful. Definitely one the most patient associates I have ever had the pleasure of working with. We are very pleased with our new furniture, and our shopping experience!

I had a great experience with "Room to Room." I was looking for very specific and uncommon styles and colors. Their selection is wonderful. Sales staff was extremely helpful with options and special orders. I had an issue with one piece and was able to immediately return it for a replacement. Pick-up and delivery guys equally awesome! I'll definitely shop here first in the future.

I have had 3 furniture companies deliver furniture to my new home. Room to Room is absolutely the best. Jay and Craig were very professional and spent time to protect the new furniture and my new home. Very polite and helpful.

Also, my sales person was Candice. She was wonderful. Not pushy on the sales. Very helpful with getting me the right furniture. She was wonderful and will always use her for future furniture.

Becka was very helpful and knowledgeable about all furniture lines and helped me stay in budget. There’s a huge selection of great furniture to find the look you want for the price you can afford!! Very easy to work with and they will do everything to fix any issues! I’ve never been happier with a decision! Thank you Becka for making this an easy process and communicating any issues up front!

What a wonderful experience I had shopping for furniture at Room to Room. We were welcomed by many staff upon entering, and Jeff went over the layout of the store. He let us tour and was available when I was ready with questions. I ended up needing to go home for measurements and returned the next day to make my purchases. I can’t say enough about Jeff and all the staff at Room to Room. The store is breathtaking and the staff so very helpful. If your in the market for furniture and want warm service without pressure, this is the place for you. My mom talked about Jeff’s amazing service all through dinner after leaving. Do yourself a favor: Go! Ask for Jeff.

I found exactly what I was looking for, but even better! The sales staff were very kind and helpful. Candice did a great job making sure all my questions were answered and that I could get the best piece of furniture for our needs. She even offered her personal number to ask questions at a later time since my husband wasn’t able to go shopping with me. Rebecca Dewberry has been wonderful to work with, always helpful and patiently giving us options, guiding the way to a beautiful environment. We love the look she has helped us to achieve! We are now able to thoroughly enjoy our new home.

Room to Room is a wonderful place to shop! Not only can you find great furniture at very good prices, the sales people are so educated about their products and so willing to help you.
I had someone come to my house and help me with an area that needed some rearranging. It was a wonderful experience that I am very happy with.
