***Highly recommend RBS*** RBS was a subcontractor for our builder and addressed an issue we had with our shower door. Although we were some 19 months post closing, they addressed the issue without any pushback. We were extremely pleased with the timeliness of the resolution. Their technicians were very respectful of our home and were the utmost professionals.

Broken promises and less than quality work. They did make it up a little by small price concession.

I have a new build, so there were issues that needed to be fixed or corrected for the one year warranty. The property manager sent someone from this company to come out and correct some of the issues. The guy who repaired my laundry room door yelled at my son, who is non-verbal with ASD. My son was in my room across from the laundry room. He was making noises and beating on the carpet with a clothes hanger. Not yelling, even if he was, the guy could have shut the laundry room door, got ear plugs, or said something to me. I guess this man was under the impression that I wasn't close by to monitor my child. There were several repairmen in my house fixing several different issues. None of them had any problems with my son. When he screamed at my son to quit it. I asked him what he said. He acted like he didn't hear me. Then I went into the laundry room and asked the question again. Now, his reply is that it's nothing. This situation happened on December 21. I'm just now hearing back from the company, even though the property manager reached out. Now it is. I will look into it and speak to the individual. I'm not sure if the other repairmen were from the same company, but they were professional. This company failed to ensure their employees remain professional while in someone else's house.

We recently bought a new home and wanted to make it our own. We bought a new custom mahogany door and needed a new entry set for it. We also wanted new interior door handles though out the house (probably around 3-4K of hardware). The first interaction with the lady in front she gave me her email to send specs, but largely blew me off and never returned my emails. So, I went in to the store with the blueprints told them what I needed. Again, completely blew me off and never even gave me a quote. That was 10 days ago. So, I went online found everything I needed with free delivery and great customer service. We love supporting local business. However, this business only wants the big contracts and does not care about the other people in the community. I know warn all our friends and colleagues stay away from RBS. Just go online. You'll find the same products cheaper and better customer service.
