At the last minute, on the day of the service, one of the staff offered to play the guitar for one of the singers in the service. It was beautiful. My director kept me organized & on point with what I needed to do & when it needed to be done. He was also very compassionate throughout the entire process. Anything I requested for the service, they were able to provide it. Many attendees told me it was the perfect memorial service for my father & I could not have achieved that without all of their help.

I have worked on a business basis with Brad and the staff of FV&S, but until now have not needed their services. The care, commitment, dedication and reverence in which Brad handled our mother could be compared to the same given by the military when removing and presenting our Flag for fallen service members. We felt as if were the only clients in need. We are truly pleased and impressed with how well every facet of this journey has been handled and presented. We will truly use your services again.

After celebrating my 70th birthday I decided to purchase prepayed cremation services to make it easier for my son when I die. I chose Vogler Funeral & Cremations because of an advertisement I saw. I made an appointment to find out more about the service. I met with Chloe, an advance planning advisor. She listened to my concerns and made suggestions to help me make my plans. I left there with a plan in place and paid for that met all my needs. I shared the information with my son and he was grateful. I have peace of mind knowing that he will have less of a burden when I die. Ms. Mylet is highly competent and had answers and suggestions for all my concerns.

Update 3/3/24: my father passed away today and Chris from Vogler called me and met with me for over 2 hours to discuss final arrangements. His compassion and patience were so very much appreciated, as well as his knowledge and kindness. I’d give Vogler and Sons ten stars if I could - kind, compassionate and patient - I couldn’t ask for more.

Danielle Boyette provided exceptional service all through the process. She initiated contact with us and was a great communicator. She worked well with our Pastor and Musician. We planed a display of memorabilia and Danielle took what we brought and made it look great! She even checked the flowers we had arranged the morning of the service and called with an update on what was looking "crusty" so we would know what to replace. We wouldn't consider anyone else in this area..

Chloe at Vogler & Sons in Clemmons was a pleasure to work with on my mother’s pre-need arrangements. My sister and I are relieved that many decisions have now been made ahead of time, at a time when we “have our wits about us,” as thinking clearly may be difficult when the dreaded day arrives. Chloe was able to help sort through what we needed vs. what we didn’t need, as my mom has already made some pre-arrangements with the cemetery (plot, vault, grave marker). The agreement is straightforward and easy to understand.

Brad was absolutely spectacular during this whole process. From start to finish. Even given the family support for all of our needs and questions even after the funeral. Couldnt have asked for a better person to help assist us. I appreciate everyone at Vogler. Even when I was a little bossy and direct. Vogler & Sons took everything with patience and ease. I was overwhelmed with the loss of my sister & truly didn't know where to start. Brad; as well as the entire staff was extremely helpful & guided us thru the entire process & made us feel like we were family. Brad took the time to make sure to answer all of our concerns. I am so very grateful that they were there for us & will ABSOLUTELY use them in the future.

My family has worked with Brad at the Clemmons Vogler and Sons location with the passing of our mother two years ago and recently, our father. Brad has always been nothing but honest, upfront, and kind when working together. After my mother’s passing, he made the process for my family infinitely easier to navigate and brought our father so much peace knowing she was properly taken care of exactly like she wanted while also making us comfortable with the process. Naturally we returned to Brad after my fathers passing per my fathers wishes after seeing how professionally and compassionately he cared for our mother. Brad never fails to go the extra mile to accommodate our needs and desires while following our loved ones wishes. He never fails to greet us by name and make us feel like much more then just client, remembers our wishes, and is able to make recommendations based off of our own personal taste and request. I could not recommend Brad more for anyone in need when it comes to making arrangements after the loss of a loved one.

Our whole experience was quite wonderful, given the circumstances. Our funeral director, Danielle made the whole process painless and comforting. She was outstanding to deal with and assisted in guiding us through the process during such a troubling time. Great staff and facility.

Brad Wood of Vogler & Sons was simply the best person possible to work with in our family’s time of loss and heartbreak. He was so professional and sensitive to our situation and effectively crafted a plan for us by listening and not putting pressure on us at any time. They have so many different products to help and support the family all the way through the process . So many products to list even grief counseling. We were making arrangements for our Father’s service in another city and they made it easier for us by putting things together for us there. This company is personable, bends over backwards to help in a practical manner. Our family cannot say enough good things about them . BRAD WOOD IS THE BEST!

Their employee, Bradley Wood, was exceptional. He treated my family with warmth and kindness; something that was truly appreciated in this time of grief. I also felt the prices were very reasonable. I would highly recommend them.

My Grandmother recently passed and we went to see Brad Wood at the Clemmons location. He was so easy to talk to and was immensely helpful in planning everything. Me and my family were very pleased.
My Grandmother had a 20+ year old prepaid plan and Brad helped us substitute some items that have changed over the years (which is totally understandable).
If I’m ever in the unfortunate situation of needed funeral services again I would not hesitate to return to this location.
