U.S. Bank Branch

I have had a good experience with US Bank. When I wanted to open a business account and didn’t have the correct documentation, the manager took the time to find the correct forms online for me.

I have always had a very good experience at this Branch. They have addressed my needs and concerns in a very professional, friendly and thorough manner. I will always go to this Branch to do my business.

Located inside of smiths. Although there is no drive up, there is never a line and always plenty of tellers. Very helpful and friendly.

This is a great US Bank. They are very friendly and have great hours that fit my schedule. Very knowledgable staff that help you out.

The most unprofessional service I have ever seen. The staff made multiple errors on my account, including incorrectly entering deposit amounts, sending statements to a wrong address, not filing automatic credit card payment form and others. Avoid this bank if you value your money.

Whenever you deposit a bigger check, it can take 2 weeks to clear. The worst I’ve seen at any bank. Go elsewhere if you value your time and plans

ATM machine was broken and the clerks called out to me that it was out of order after I already punched in my information and figured it out for myself. They didn't even bother to put up an out of order sign. Poor training by the manager.
