Roto-Rooter

The company I work for, Red Rock Realty uses Roto Rooter quite often at our many apartment complexes. They are very professional, show up on time, and do a great job every time. If you have drain issues, definitely give them a call.

They arrived on time,were friendly and worked hard to find the problem and fixed it.Would definitely use them again👍

Had an issue the Saturday after Thanksgiving. Called and they had Justin out within 30 minutes. Fought with our clogged line for about an hour or so and got us taken care of. Polite, professional, and thorough. Hope to never need them again, but won’t hesitate to call if I need to.

This is the worst service I have ever received. On day one I asked if I needed my tank drained. Was told I had a root issue and pipe was drained. Second time they came out the drained pipe or something. I really don’t know as they left with out even telling me. I called on Friday to have someone come out and no one showed up. Called on Sunday after my house flooded with two inches of water a d they told me they couldn’t do anything until Monday. The ad says 24/7. The only reason I’m giving them two stars is I was not charged on the second visit. That was the right thing to do since it wasn’t fixed the first time.

Terrible communication! No call-no showed day 1. Day 2, had to call them to find out what was going on, then they said they would come out that afternoon and no call-no showed again. On the 3rd day they finally called and said they would arrive in 45 minutes but showed up nearly an hour and a half later. Terrible customer service and extremely unprofessional. The excuse for not coming day 2 was that they had a "big job" to do that apparently was much more significant than our "quick fix" as they claimed even though they no call-no showed us the first day.

Edited to add, the problem is not even fixed! $197 later!!!

They didnt show up to my home to fix the things i needed fixed me and my family waited SIX HOURS!!!!!!!!!!! For them to come down to fix the plumbing and i called at 11:00 AM and waited till 6:00 PM!!!!!!!! My family and i had to go to gas stations to use the restroom and they had already charged the fee i get its a holiday but still we had waited long enough!!!

Techs are rude, obnoxious, and very unprofessional. This service was called out to my apartment by the apartment manager. They left my door wide open every time they came in and out. They only communicated with me to a say the least "They're (referencing the apartment complex maintenance crew) just gonna have to come out here and fix this s**t. They've got it all rigged up!" I asked, "So are you going to communicate this to the manager or is this something that I should tell them?" He stated he would give them a call. They ran water for over an hour it seems. I understand this was perhaps necessary to help fix the issue, but they left without attempting to dry up any water from the floors. My kitchen, hallway, and one bedroom left in worse condition than before they arrived. Water was everywhere.

Called them Saturday with a clogged toilet, technician came out and stated he did not know how to fix it, that he would come back Monday with someone who knew how. I had a flooded house so I kept working on it myself and fixed it Sunday, Roto rooter still charged me $240 for showing up and telling me they don’t know how to fix it and the owner called me obnoxious. Worst company I’ve ever worked with hands down.

Woke up with a plumbing issue on 12/27/21. We called and were told that they would be headed this way between noon and 1pm.. At 3pm I called to see if they were still coming. At 4:15 I tried to call again before they closed at 5PM. No answer. I left messages, but no one called, no one showed up. A LITTLE CUOURTSY CALL GOES A LONG WAYS. But it is okay. I got it done without them.

Worst experience ever, terrible customer service. Would not recommend to anyone ever. DO NOT EMAIL ME
