Ordered my parts last Saturday and understood they would be in by Tuesday or so last week. Haven't heard back in a week now. Maybe it's a supply chain issue.

Updated review: it used to be a good dealership to order parts. I ordered many parts from this dealership. But lately i am having trouble with my past few orders. After placing an order you have to remind them by email that you have placed your order. Last few orders received after 2-3 weeks.
Previous review: I always have very good experience buying Toyota parts from Modern Toyota parts.

This was one of the worst car dealership experiences I have had. After calling and being told of having a specific car on the lot and driving to get there, they tell us all of the vehicles we were looking at sold yesterday or before we even called. Horrible business practice to give false information.

Pathetic customer service - I ordered a simple oil filter online, they ignored it for 16 days and only filled the order when I emailed about it - otherwise I guess I'd still be waiting - save yourself the trouble and buy anywhere else

Poor service for online orders for parts. A week after placing the order, it had not been shipped. The online orders guy was gentle enough to cancel the order upon my request.

Tried to exchange a part ordered during business hours and got transferred to India where the person wanted all kinds of personal information... Felt like a scam. Not customer friendly. Would not recommend.
